You add a tag by putting something in brackets.
Like "Thread Title [Open]"

You simply put what you want to say in brackets, for example:

[open]
[PV]

I would say it depends on their wealth and status I guess but then again I’m not too good with pureblood stuff

Regarding questions like this or any questions having to do with family related matters when forming and developing a new character, I'd suggest asking your Head of House, the Headmaster (Lear), or anyone who is staff that is involved in approving applications for index. They will always have the correct answers, as everyone else will probably just give their opinions on what they think is allowed!

(Including me ahaha). But if you get this approved by index staff, you'll 100% be good for whenever you decide to activate your new character and will be able to get approved faster probably.

When am I allowed to enter the Room of Requirement? I can’t enter the forum (like Hogsmead etc) so is it restricted? If so, what do I do to be able to enter? Do I have to sign a form is it just an age thing?

I don't have a train of thought. I have 7 trains on 4 tracks, all narrowly avoiding each other when the paths cross, all the passengers are screaming and there's that annoyingly calm female conductors voice in the background.

@Irina Shevel you see, when you buy the fake permission slip to Hogsmeade, that costs 6 Galleons, you will have access to both Hogsmeade and the Room of Requirement!

You can go to the Weasley shop in Diagon alley to buy a fake permission form, which grants access to room of req and hogmeade. It costs six galleons. To see how many galleons you have, click your profile picture. If you see another value elsewhere, that is your total number of money
