I used to love lemon ; ; but with my GERD problem (breathing, throat and ear issue) I can't eat lemon, tomato products (other than bbq sauce), mayo (and any form of mayo like miracle whip etc...), carbonated beverages, anything fried in corn oil, or chocolate... it sucks.

What is salad cream? I can have alfredo sauce and blue cheese and ranch dressing. I don't like salad though... I hate like 80% of all vegetables. The leafy greens are the ones I hate the most. I only like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, artichoke, asparagus, all types of beans (except string beans and green beans) and maybe a few others but I can't think right now.

I do not consider potatoes or sweet potatoes vegetables. I love those 2 so much. I'm a potato girl.

You should try it! It's just vanilla milkshake but add some PB to it too. You can even make a homemade one too. Get vanilla ice cream, milk, some kind of blender to use to mix the stuff in, and some peanut butter. Easy!
