wizard born is when one or more parent half blood or muggleborn witch or wizard.

In this case it counts as pure-blood.
I misclicked myself when creating Qrow despite already having planned for them to be a pure-blood. It mostly depends on the background when in this chat
I'm not sure if you can ask a member of staff to change it as if the background remains the same, it doesn't really affect anything? Both parents are still wizards and came from wizards, and therefore the label doesn't particularly matter?
