I don't think it's entirely easy to do. It's built into the forum software the site uses, and I think it would be very difficult to implement and maintain. The reason I am asking so is like I want to see if there are new messages in site updates or announcement board but don't want to get a notification for either of them, so can like mute FAQ, Technical Support and Staff Request so that when I am checking the different channels, I see that ok, there's a new message in site information that means it is in announcement board or another channel I didn't set to mute.
However, I'm planning to implement a fairly powerful topic filtering and tagging system that should make it much easier for you to follow the content you're interested in.
Could you check whether your device (either your operating system or your browser) has an option enabled to reduce animations (usually found in the accessibility settings)? The site always respects this preference, so the animation will not play if it is enabled, regardless of the setting selected in the site's preferences.Emiline Hunter wrote: Today, 10:38 Hiya! Yep it was in my laptop's setting to block animations.
