You go into your encyclopedia which is on your avatar picture at the bottom, go under characters, and click new topic and you put your name, year, and house. If you click on registration, it'll have what you require to have a full encyclopedia to get accepted.

Well first off, there is no stupid question, but secondly, to set up an encyclopedia page you create a thread in this area that include the neccesary information stated in the first link that Maisy posted. Then in the same thread that tells out the information you need there is a form, you reply to that post with the form filled out and you will be added to the index.

Okay, another dumb question. I have my encyclopedia page done and a person said I was accepted, why am I not a second-year yet? I have one optional homework left to do, do I have to do that one?

Nope. You're already listed in the index as a second year. Unfortunately we have to manually change people and only 1 person can do that right now. So it takes some time. It will be done when they can - there's a few other people on the list too that need to be changed.

You can RP as a second year, if you want. [You aren't allowed to be in school right now as it's August but you can RP in summer holidays going into second year or preparing etc. In September, you'll be able to RP as a 2nd year student in Hogwarts].
