It, with many other lovey dovey related items, can be found in Madame Pudifoots Tea Shop located in Hogsmeade which requires you to be a third year or have a fake permission slip to gain access.

Just a question : Can I know the small stuff in the shops that actually do something? Like not the prrmission slip but like the small stuff like the jokes in the weasleys store etc

Those are for IC purposes, they don't unlock anything, but your character can have the things IC but they don't do anything OOC, like a dungbomb for example. Hope that answers your question!

Ah really? I didn't know that. I thought you needed the item OOC in order to use it IC, unless it was a food/drink-related item.

I know it's late to reply but still giving one. Consider it as adding one more help with Aurora's post. You can go here and type the desired text and find 10+ fonts to apply in h.io by copy and pasting.

There are only 3 fonts. Not 10.

There used to be more fonts but recent updates made it so that there are now only 3 that are usable on HiO. It made it easier for coding on a general basis and doesn't make codes break as easily on phones, tablets, iPADs, laptops and computers. So yes, there are only the 3 mentioned before.
