Question : If I graduate to second year, do I get all spells from first year? Or only the ones that I got by doing hw?

Maybe you're right but I thought they had been discountinued and instead learnt from ordinary HoM HW? But I do think we still have the 4 extras we still gain from graduation only (the two being Pack and Spongify, but I cannot recall the other two).
