Hello, I’m really sad right now because my computer won’t let me sign into Hio and so I have to use my phone

I said something in there yesterday about it, it’s a problem with the human verification that it won’t let me get passed. Hmmmm, I don’t know. It may be a problem with the computer, even though the same protection software works when I use other websites on that computer. I am now on a family members computer for like 2 minutes trying to see if it was something else and it let me log in, but it didn't ask me I was human so I'm not sure. Maybe we should take this conversation to owls if you think you could help me troubleshoot

There’s another girl that isn’t here anymore because the same issue happened to her. By any chance does your computer need to update or is its storage super full where it can’t update?
