I have 4 clubs that I've taken over since I joined back in February 2022.

2 former leaders were banned (Ivy Starling and Mei Hagikura) and 2 deactivated (Noah Jupe was the original leader I think? Then, Karrie Myers took over but she's deactivating into a new one - and Taylor Haywood).

But I'm still here on the site.
I don't think it should be a problem in the future right?
Or do you think I should make a new thread?

If I ever run into problems though, I can always just ask on discord right?
And if that's the case, where on discord would I ask?

As for backdating, you can definitely backdate. Just pay attention to when things happened. You would not be able to for example take part in a school thread in 2018 because you were not at Hogwarts yet.

Noah just told me that he wasn't a former leader of the club, it was Quinn Root who was and Quinn took it over from someone else but not sure who that was. But he also said that he was the one who did all the coding and patches and banners and set up the threads for the meetings etc... so that's why I thought Noah was the leader of the club at the time! But yeah alright ty!

Quick question- I know you can see how many points you've made overall, but can you see how many points you've earned for the month?

If you click on the total number of points you have earned, it should show up with a list of all points earned by month and split up by what the points were earned form.

Random question for anyone on staff who knows the answer to this question! If you were going to create a new character, is it possible to create the whole background/history, first instance of magic, personality, family etc... the entire stuff that you need to do to get an ency approved and to get registered by index etc... and have it looked at by a staff member ahead of time to make sure you've gotten everything correct? As in you'd still be on your main PC but you'd show your application process of your new character to a staff member etc... while you still have your main PC active.

You wouldn't actually be PLAYING the new character, just be showing the ency for approval to make sure you've gotten everything down right. Then, once you're sure that everything you have is correct and approved, you'd deactivate and activate your new character. That way when your new character is activated you don't have to spend a lot of time figuring out your ency and can just immediately post it to get registered by index again and immediately be able to get into rp, without having to worry about figuring out if you're accepted by index etc... I'm not sure if I'm explaining all of this right or not?

Not really because that is done by more than one person and they generally have daily work with new player apps. So reviewing and parsing hypotheticals would be a heavy burden on the staff and we have no system to store those pre-approvals.
