Thank you. But I saw that some of other people, who sent their "Index Registrations" after me and they were added to the "Official Index", but I don't. Strange.
But what to do if I've just got some new spells and want to use them , but can't do it because of my non-validated Official Index?Staff are busy people but they will get to it as soon as they can. In the meantime, you can always write threads that don't require spells, or do more homework in preparation for when your registration goes through!

NPCs generally open about a month before an international/interschool event. This is usually the fall and spring. There are likely additional opportunities due to hexwizard.
Index should not take more that 2 weeks. However, this is the max not the general expectation. As of late there have been some unfortunate delays which are being worked on.

Yup! If you go 'see all' on your notification list, then 'settings', you'll be sent to a page where you can choose which notifications you get. The envelope is for emails (except for private messages, where the envelope is for owls) and the circle-like icon is for the rememberall

So yeah, regarding this. I was trying to turn off the option to have an email sent to me every time I get a notification. I tried turning off the envelope and circles and everything but I still keep getting them... Not entirely sure why it's doing that... Like I turned all the envelopes off. Then I turned all the envelopes on. Then I turned absolutely EVERYTHING off. Then I turned everything on. Then I tried doing both things at once. Nothing seems to work. No matter what I turn off or on, I still keep getting emails...

It may take a little while to unsubscribe you from emails. Set your settings to this (see reducio), click 'save', then wait a week or so. If it still sends you emails it may be a bug. If there's no way to resolve it you could try changing your email to one that doesn't exist or setting it to send all emails from the HIO account to the spam folder
