Oh really? I went to bed at 2 am last night, I usually go to sleep pretty early though like 9 pm but it's like the weekend so yeah. I wake up usually around 5 am, I'm an early bird plus Im still in school. I'm glad you get more sleep now but wow that still sounds like a very very little sleep schedule.

9pm? Don’t think I’ve ever gone bed that early before— unless I am drained or feel ill but that’s a good sleep schedule! You get some good hours and yeah, it’s da weekendddd haha who cares about sleep XD

I used to wake up at half 7 for school and leave the house at 8 but I would be going sleep at like 5am. (I am an insomniac. My brain doesn’t always produce the correct amount of melatonin or something like that). At weekends I sometimes pull all nighters haha. My sleep schedule was usually non existent when I was at school. There’s the brain and school made me anxious etc.

That's two-three hours of sleep, dang could only do that with like two cups of caffeine. One of my friends do that too, sorry about the insomnia part though, very sad, agreed though on the weekend who cares. I remember the last time m and my siblings tried an all nighter we passed out and fell asleep, but we didn't have caffeine then. Non existent? Multiple days that is very concerning, do you have days you just crash? I hope no to personal i unerstand the stressors of school, tha just adds to the problems too, but Im glad you don't have that school stressors anymore but still you need sleep, but it's hard to get for you mamma mia so difficult 😭

I have coffee but I only have it in the morning and not every morning, it depends if I have any iced coffees because I won’t make a normal one during the week.

Haha doing all nighters with people is fun, keep each other awake if you start to slip. I hope you both had a fun time despite falling asleep.

Uhh yeah, the lack of sleep affected me and made it even harder for me to interact with the world (I’m autistic) but I just couldn’t sleep. And no it’s okay, not too personal.

Yes, no school stressors. Are you okay with school? Sleep is hard yes, but my sleep has been better lately.

Oh one of my brothers are autistic so I understand how hard it can be for you, not from your particular stand point of course but I can understand what mostly can from someone who doesn't have it I guess. But yah I can understand how that's difficult and on top of insomnia? God bless you.
I'm pretty good with school it's more of what goes on at home that gives me stressors which affects my school in turn, I recently ghosted someone for 3 weeks because of it, I apologized.though and we're friends again but yeah. Also thank goodness about that then.
