@Jay Ophelia It has been brought to my awareness that the question item is ambiguous but I haven't been able to update it due to real-life business. Now I have updated the question. I hope this clears up the confusion. And I want to clarify about nonverbal spells you have mentioned, as far as I'm aware, all the spells on this site must be cast verbally unless the characters have Nonverbal Magic ability.
@Via Creeve What has been answered by @Avery Gray is right. To access homework system, you must been on this site for 10 days (can be 11 days depends on the timezone) after your registration (not validation) and must have 20 on site posts (excluding the posts from Games Room forum). You have achieved 20 on site posts, you just need to wait for 3-4 days more. After that, you can access the system as @Jay Ophelia stated.
