That makes sense! Was it very difficult to adjust to? What made you decide to try it in the first place if you didn't think you'd like it? (feel free to not answer at any point if you don't want to)Bree Grey wrote: 7 Apr 2026, 22:33It is!Silas Norwood wrote: 7 Apr 2026, 22:29Ohhh that's cool! Especially when we do live in practice! Although during duels and tournaments, I cannot focus on those emotions during the matches.Silas Norwood wrote: 7 Apr 2026, 22:08Good! I'm doing better. Practice yesterday helped a lot! When I first started I didn't think Id like it. Im not much of a fighter and I really don't like causing people pain. But I had to get over that. The better girls are willing to pop your shoulder or arm out to flip you over and pin you. Sometimes pain is really the only way to pin someone or take them down.
Now I'm in love with it!

Yes, very much so. It was hard not to say, Im sorry every time the girl said ow in a match. But basically if you didn't do it to them, they'll do it to you.Silas Norwood wrote: 7 Apr 2026, 22:50That makes sense! Was it very difficult to adjust to? Being honest, my dad actually threw me in. I was my brothers dummy for wrestling. But apparently being on means I picked some of the basics. My dad said I was a natural. Its fun and all, but leading up to the duels and tournaments, you gotta watch your weight and make sure your in shape. Im in off season right now but the tournaments for it is coming up so I gotta drop about 5 pounds

For real! My dad wants me to know how to fight and protect myself. He taught me how to shot a gun and box.
