i just got an email telling me i got rejected from an internship i applied for ( imean this one is my second choice but im kinda losing hope for my first one coz its so much more competitive and sought after💔 i honestly dk what to do anymore i was counting on the acceptance to give me abit of hope and a backup but now thats down the drain lmao *cries in emo*

Aww that's sad for you but maybe (if you applied to others) one of your other backups will accept you! If not, you can always just try applying to all of them and eventually one will! If you stay positive and keep applying, you WILL get accepted to at least one of them!
