Willow had a smile planted firmly on her face as a couple of the girls approached to take a bracelet. After Tyr put in a request for a certain color Willow shifted her hands to try and sift through the numerous amounts of bracelets that she carried around. "Ah, it's ok that you forgot my name! There were a lot of people at the table that day I don't blame you." Finally she spotted one she was looking for. It was a few different shades of blue going in a criss cross pattern, she handed it over for Tyr. "You can always take as many as you'd like and I even take special requests if you want to ever send me an owl. I make these to wind down at night so I have quite the collection if you could imagine."
People were often surprised with how many that she had, but a lot of them she brought from home as well. Willow looked up for a moment as Mildred asked her how long she had been making them. "I used to do it with my mom when I was home... probably since I was about eight. So just about three years now! I've expanded a lot of my designs since then." She noticed the other girl was still cleaning, but she didn't want to push the issue if she didn't want a bracelet. Returning her attention to the two girls in front of her.

"This is perfect! Thank you! I hope he likes it. I just want to show my appreciation even though we only just met a little bit ago." She almost forgot to apologize for forgetting the girls name. "Also, I really am sorry for forgetting your name Willow. Once you said your name again at the beginning of this event, I remembered, but so much has been going on these past few weeks that everything is getting jumbled and lost. I'm usually pretty good at remembering names, but at least I remembered your face!" Awkwardly chuckling, she rubbed at her upper arms where her hands gripped herself as her arms were crossed.
She grabbed the bracelet from Willow that was fully of different shades of blue. Would he think this was lame? Potentially. Boys at this age can be so...awkward. But there were tons of other students who were wearing the bracelets, so maybe he would not feel so uncomfortable if he thought it was a girly thing to do. She pocketed the bracelet in her pants pocket, hoping it would not get accidentally pulled out of the pocket and lost. At least if that happened, Willow mentioned that she could always send her an Owl requesting another one.

Serena continued to polish the chest plate until she could see her own reflection in it. Figuring that was clean enough, the badger moved onto the next part of the suit of armor. She began scrubbing at one of the arms, which was quite awkward, having to hold the arm with one hand and try to polish with the other. But finally, Serena finished it. It wasn't quite as shiny as the other parts she'd polished, but she was annoyed with working on it and figured that it was good enough.
The first-year was about to move onto trying to polish the other arm when she heard Willow speak up behind her. Turning around, Serena saw that her fellow Hufflepuff had produced several of her infamous friendship bracelets. Smiling, Serena glanced down at the yellow and black one currently on her wrist that she had made at the event Willow had held in the common room. She had had a lot of fun that day, learning something new and making a new friend.
So, Serena gently put down her cleaning supplies next to the suit of armor and walked over to where Willow was standing. "I'd love to take one! And don't worry about not giving me one earlier. I had fun making them with you that day." She said.
After watching Mildred and Tyr pick out their bracelets, Serena stepped up to look at what Willow had on hand. She looked for a few moments before deciding on a pale pink and blue bracelet, two of her favorite colors.
She pointed at the bracelet she wanted. "I'll take that one!" She said with a smile.

Mildred listened intently as Willow answered her question as well- she was interested. Mildred felt a pang of jealousy spread throughout her listening to Willows response as well- she was never able to do any art and crafts activities with her mother, at first her mother would often promise her that they would spend the next day together and often her choice of excuse was, "We were supposed to do that today? I'm sorry dear, I'll make it up to you" sooner or later, Mildred stopped asking. She forced a smile on her face and said, "That's really cool! three years? Imagine in a few years how amazing your designs would be, they're seriously amazing already." She was serious about the design part, she did find Willow talented. She looked at her bracelet once again and thought, while the bracelet might have been something simple as some yarn woven together, to her it meant a lot. She stared at it and wondered did she deserve this? of course Willow was asking and giving them to everyone however she still wondered if she should really keep it.
She stepped back and watched as Tyr and Serena pick a bracelet and well, she assumed they would keep theirs so why shouldn't she? It was just the fact that Mildred didn't know Willow that well, and also the small detail of how she's never received something like this before. Her classmates before would often wear things like these or share them with their close friends, while she didn't understand the whole point of them- she still longed for one. She decided that she would keep it just to be polite and well, she did really want one.
Mildred looked around and the Corridors definitely looked a bit cleaner, realizing the time she decided that she should head to the library for the rest of the day before she left she waved good-bye at everyone else and thanked them although she wasn't sure what to thank them for? working with her? she supposed that was alright, "Thank you, everyone, for working with me!" As she headed out- she took note in how easier this errand was prior to Valentine's tea errand, other than Tyr getting injured - she wished her a speedy recovery in her mind and decided that everything else went pretty well in her opinion.
-Mildred leaves the thread! Thank you for the lovely errand-
