1. Wands
2. Another bug report: character avatars with wrong aspect ratio are distorted. It can be very easily fixed in CSS. (I'm a webdeveloper. Expect me proposing some improvements from time to time. : ))
currently:
fixed:
For those curious, the fix using a padding-bottom trick: padding-bottom calculated in percents actually takes ito account percent width, not height into account. This lets us keep correct aspect ratio (392/340) and also use background-size: cover which ensures that images won't be distorted.
Could you please push that to your frontend dev?

I know, I meant when I went to Ollivander first time, I tested five wands before getting final one, and all of them were cherry wood. It's worrying that this is so common, it takes away some uniqueness from them : (. I hope this is not intended.Looking at your wand, you've been assigned the:
31,2 cm cherry wood and thestral tail hair
This means, every time you go to Ollivanders, it will say you have this wand. It's listed in your profile and can't be changed once you've done it once. Reentering Ollivanders doesn't change your wand - so it will always show the same one after you've been assigned it.

Oh, I see. Perhaps the system had already decided that you were inclined to get a Cherry Wand? I think mine were different and I ended up with a Chestnut Wand. It hasn't changed so it should be fine but Zachary will be able to look into it and double check it's fine on his return. Thank you!Angela Silverberry wrote:I know, I meant when I went to Ollivander first time, I tested five wands before getting final one, and all of them were cherry wood. About the wands: 15 cores and 17 woods actually exists: we wanted to make some of them quite common, but the odds were way too high. I changed them to make other woods and cores occurs more often!
Points under avatars: I fixed it!
Please stay tuned for the others

Lastly, I allowed different ratios for avatars (especially for the squared images).
Thank you very much for your help!

First avatar pictures were only broken when I clicked on a notification, but now they are permanently broken and reload won't fix them anymore.

Zachary Winslow, thanks. : )
When you go to full notifications page, they appear correctly on it and in Remembrall frame as well. Other than that they don't load at all for me too.First avatar pictures were only broken when I clicked on a notification, but now they are permanently broken and reload won't fix them anymore.

Name: Un-notification
Date at which it occurred: Since I've joined at least, I just didn't notice it until a couple days ago.
Details: When I post in a thread it doesn't automatically Notify me of replies , which might just be a part of the site but I decided to include it anyway in case it wasn't. The thing is; even when I click to be subscribed to a thread I have to keep double checking to see if somebody else posted because it doesn't stick. This has lead to me being days/weeks late to respond to people.
Image: I don't know how to take images on my device, but it doesn't appear as anything strange.

Report a Bug or Problem!
This is tied to Evelyn Moore's bug listed above.
Name of the problem (If you can name it): Notification Bell
Date at which it occurred: Within the past few days.
Description: The bell for being notified about updated threads will toggle itself to "unlit." I still get notified - unlike Evelyn - but every time I navigate away from and back to the thread the bell is "unlit" again. Notice how the banner next to it that adds the thread to the "Favorites" page is "lit" or filled in, but the bell notification is not.
