It just became small like this

That can happen when the image uploaded to the hosting site is too small to begin with. Try increasing the image size first from your editing tool, upload it, and check again if it works.

For a banner at the top I usually use something like 750 x 250 (length x height), also make sure to copy the link that's after hotlink for forums if you're on postimg, otherwise you're not getting the right size!

What's the original image size? And which of the links that post images provided are you using? As you need to use the one thats linked after: hotlink for forums. Otherwise it might give you a wrong format
