Question - What exactly do you have to do?

Once you've made it to the proper page, there will be a bunch of little boxes with numbers on them. Those correspond with dates. I believe it's also synced with your timezone. You'll be able to either hover over or click on the boxes corresponding to today's date and any previous ones (so, as of today, just the ones marked 2 and 1). Then, they'll open, and... surprise!

The site uses French time. It’s possible that the 2nd for you might be still the 1st in France. It’s best to check the day change according to French time when claiming the Advent Calendar rewards.

Just a note – I'm not sure why this has occurred (it could, perhaps, be due to the font change that I think happened earlier today?), but it seems like first years cannot access the advent calendar anymore. I can't on Livia. I just wanted to say something in case people panicked due to not being able to access it, I think it is a universal thing for first years.
