as far as rp ideas, black swan students suspecting some of their peers for neverseen members? unaffiliated students getting caught up in missions with either side due to their friends and maybe/maybe not end up joining a group? the black swan actually letting kids help them for once without fighting on it? a neverseen and black swan member argument because each truly truly believes they are doing whats right? normal student shenanigans/skipping class/sneaking into forbidden places/accident that happens to threaten the school?
for more specific ideas, there could be a neverseen attack on the council offices that the black swan responds to? an unaffiliated student happens to live by a neverseen testing facility and gets caught up in aiding its downfall during the black swan attack of it? a black swan/neverseen/unaffiliated student in a tribunal for being a suspected member of a group they are not a part of (ex: a neverseen suspected for black swan)? a foxfire trip to the sanctuary becoming more exciting due to some of the animals there? an accidental lightleap (somehow) to a forbidden city leading to questioning humans and amazed yet thoroughly confused elves?
