Before the girl could answer Ruby, the music started up again and whisked her away once more, leaving her barely more than a second to mutter a 'Sorry!' to Ruby.

Twirling around on the gold-glowing floor, she danced with elegance and grace as she somehow seamlessly switched partners over and over until the music finally stopped.

Breathing a little heavily, Èlodie looked up to see she was under mistletoe once more. She took a second to catch her breath before sighing and taking a look at who she ended up with, beginning to hear other duos already begin to chat the small time they had together, away.

Èlodie observed the girl with interest before deciding to speak up softly. "Bonjour! Hello! I'm Èlodie. Beauxbatons." she said with a smile, her accent slipping though and briefly forgetting most people at the camp wouldn't or couldn't speak French. "How about we go for a hug? Does that sound okay?" she inquired, waiting to hear from the girl.

Aaaaand the floor swept him away yet again. Today had made him discover that he actually liked dancing... when someone else did it for him. He danced around along the music, wondering when it would stop and how lucky he would be this time..

When it did, Reuben looked around and noticed no one. Was this some kind of joke? Or maybe there were an odd number of people and this was just his luck. However, Reuben was grateful that he was not with anyone because he had ended up under a mistletoe. Again.

He looked around and noticed Lorelai under another mistletoe with a girl. A little while later he noticed her looking at him. He gave her a smile and waved at her. And then she was coming towards him. It was like she had read his mind. And then she did the most unexpected thing ever. She kissed him. It was a quick kiss, but it had Reuben longing for more. He wanted to kiss her back, but she ran back to her partner before he could even blink properly.

Well. guess it was his turn to break the rules a bit, if there were any. Who was the floor to take him away from his girlfriend? He went over to where Lorelai was standing with her partner. "Hi! I'm sorry, but I'm going to steal your partner", he said looking at the girl with Lorelai before taking Lorelai in his arms and kissing her longingly. The kiss lasted for about a minute before Reuben pulled back to take a deep breath. He wished he could stay here forever and the floor would not sweep him away from Lorelai.

As she moved her and her partner out of the way from the dripping candle, Hellebore said that he hoped it didn't hurt much as he took her hand. "It's fine, I have good pain tolerance." Ara said as she pulled her hand back from him after he peeled off the dry wax.

Not long after, the music started again. The turning and spinning was really annoying the young Villa now. From partner to partner she went until she ended up with a younger girl under a ... oh no ... A MISTLETOE? The girl introduced herself to be Lorelai who then sprinted to another student and kissed him instead. Quite a relief. Ara laughed a bit and covered her mouth as she did so. 'Awh they're quite cute.' she thought until she realised, 'How the hell do these people about my age have a better love life than me? It's for the better I guess since I don't want to ever kiss anyone' she said to herself.

The guy whom Lorelai was kissing apologised, "Oh it's quite the better you took her, trust me." she said nonchalantly. Before Lorelai returned to her. 'That was quite amusing, now I'm just not going to kiss anyone for the rest of time and I'll be alright' she thought. "I didn't actually introduce myself until now. Ara Villa from Hogwarts." she stated. "Enjoying yourself there I assume?"

─────It looked like the boy was daydreaming, as he didn’t answer her questions. She hopped around him on the floor, avoiding the falling wax from the candle. At last, the violins started playing again, and with a sigh of relief she was dancing again. It was almost hypnotic, being swung around on the floor, not being able to break the enchanted dance. It certainly was a night to remember. She looked up and saw the snow fall all around them, and it made her smile. And then the music stopped. Again she was paired with a boy. She hoped this would go better than the last time. Hurriedly she looked up, hoping not to see a dripping candle again. She caught a glimpse of the mistletoe and she felt her cheeks going red. Ok, it is for real this time. What would he do? She managed to gather her courage and looked at the boy. Hi, my name is Ruby. You are not from around here, are you? It seems we are under the mistletoe. She smiled shyly at him. As she didn’t know what he would do, she let him take the lead and decide what he wanted to do. She would be fine with almost anything, as long as it wasn’t a kiss on the lips. She looked at him, waiting patiently.

Just as the happy sight of her partner kissing someone else ended, the music started yet again. Spinning, spinning, and spinning, at this point she felt like one of those ceiling fans that malfunctioned. Ara honestly wanted to go back to her tent and sleep for 24 hours because of how tired she was. It felt like every 5 minutes there was a new person she had to talk to. People are exhausting ok?

The music stopped just as the young Villa started getting dizzy then she realized she didn't have a partner and was alone on the dance floor. 'Weird, but I'll happily take it' she thought, smirking to herself for she wasn't required to talk to anyone. At least until the music starts and ends again.

Ara looked around the dance floor, seeing 2 pairs under mistletoes and the other pair under a candle. 'Good for them I guess...Good for me as well' At least she didn't have to kiss people as well. After last round, she manifested in her mind to NOT get under the Mistletoe. She wouldn't be caught dead under it with someone else. It was an honest miracle that Lorelai kissed someone else.

She observed the people she didn't partner up with yet, which were about 3 people before the music started yet again.

Lorelai's partner seemed pretty okay with Reuben taking Lorelai and kissing her. Not that it mattered, because Reuben would have done it anyways, but it was still a good thing for some reaon. Maybe because that way there would be no negativity. The girl later introduced herself as Ara Villa from Hogwarts.

"I'm Reuben Garcia from Uagadou! And yep, how could I possibly not enjoy myself when I'm around her?", he asked, grinning at Lorelai. Just as they were talking, the music started up again and the floor swept him away once more. It was like the floor hated letting Lorelai and Reuben stay together.

As the music stopped, Reuben finally can to a halt... He looked up and sighed. A mistletoe. And the girl standing in from of him was in no way Lorelai Diniz. Reuben did not want to break tradition, but he was not going to kiss her. A hug would probably do.

She introduced herself as Ruby and pointed out that they were under a mistletoe. Like he was blind, but it did not matter, as he would probably never meet her again. Besides, everyone was their own person, and maybe stating the obvious was just a part of this girl's personality like yapping was a part of Reuben's.

"I'm Reuben, and no, I'm not from here. I'm from Uagadou. I guess a hug should do?", he asked before hesitantly hugging the girl.
