"Yeah, let's do that", Simon said as they started walking away, "Hey, wait! Our robes." Suddenly he remembered the robes that Willow had already forgotten about and turned to get them. He checked his out before adding, "At least the robe looks alright. That's good. Because I'd hate it to stroll around the castle looking like this in front of the whole school. That would certainly give them something to talk about..."

Well, she didn't know about the students here but from her muggle school and considering muggles and wizards weren't so different apart from the magic, gossip would go on and rumors would start to spread out until the issue is all over the school.

She waited for him as he got fully dressed before he offered to hold the cat so she could do so herself. She grabbed her robe, dusting the dirt off it and got it on. And they started walking back their way.

Then, Simon started to laugh... hard... Willow gave him a quizzical look, but she couldn't help but smile and chuckle a little. He tried to explain why he was laughing but he didn't have to. Laughing out of nowhere was a habit of hers. She could start laughing at the sheer thoughts in her head or at memories of things: At the exact moment, it was not be funny At All, but when you go back and think of it, their situation was hilarious and silly, even though some got hurt - still are - but the whole thing was pretty amusing.

Finally, he ended, saying, "Well I guess, what I'm trying to say is... I'm glad you arrived, Willow." She gave him a grin and said, "You know, I'm glad I arrived, too!" She laughed a little before adding, "That is surely something I'm never going to forget a lifetime from now! I just got here, and I'm already making memories. Not that I'm going to forget any inch of this whole place: it's fabulous!" she said raising her hands up and spinning around when mentioning the 'fabulous place'. "But you know what I mean, Memories with the friends I made here."

She then stopped for a second a serious expression on her face. "That is if you want us to be friends! I mean I don't want to pressure you or anything if you don't want to its fine. I mean no but I'm kind of like half the reason you're in that state and I get it if you want to stay away from me for the rest-" She cut herself off taking a breath. She was talking too fast, and her hand gestures had gotten uncomprehensive. "Now I'm talking nonsense..." She smiled at him and chuckled shaking her head.

"... I just got here, and I'm already making memories. Not that I'm going to forget any inch of this whole place: it's fabulous!" Willow spun around on the floor as they entered the hall and if it were not for her school uniform, she would have looked like a fairy tale princess in a castle.

Simon inevitable followed her gaze and looked around the hall, reminding himself of just how magical this place was. Golden framed portraits covered the decorated stone walls, the Gothic styled windows with stained glass lit up the room in a mixture of shades and one of the ghosts disappeared straight into the wall, taking its privileged shortcut to wherever it was headed. It was almost a pity how quickly he had got used to some of the places that he passed on a daily basis. On the other hand, he was still discovering new corridors, new rooms and new corners of the castle everyday. The mysteries and wonders of Hogwarts seemed to have no end. Willow was right. The place was indeed fabulous.

"... But you know what I mean, memories with the friends I made here. That is if you want us to be friends! I mean I don't want to pressure you or anything, if you don't want to, it's fine. I mean, no, but I'm kind of like half the reason you're in that state and I get it if you want to stay away from me for the rest..." She paused for a moment. "Now I'm talking nonsense...", she said and chuckled.

"Willow", Simon said calmly and smiled. "I'd love to be your friend."

"Friends! Foes! Frisbees!", exclaimed one of the talking gargoyles as they passed it. "Oh, to be young again..."

"You're making no sense, you've never been young", argued the gargoyle next to it.

"Oh, shut your mouth!"

When they finally arrived at the Hospital Wing, the cat was taken care of, along with Simon. It appeared both of them would be perfectly recovered and notes would be put on the bulletin boards in the common rooms to find the owner of the cat. Willow stayed the whole time in the wing before they left together for their next class. It had been quite an intense but well-spent spare hour, Simon thought, despite him being bruised up a little. Because best of all – he had made himself a new friend.
