Out in the Hallway (Where It's Quiet)  Closed
No words were spoken, just panic rising into the air. For some reason, James could feel it. He was finding it hard to breath easily, and he was becoming increasingly overwhelmed for a reason unknown to him. He noticed that Alecks seemed to be suffering as well. He seemed to be shaking a sweating, and James still hadn't the slightest idea of why either of them were acting this way or feeling all of of that unpleasantness.
James coughed twice, a couple of times, and then tried to take a shaky deep breath (he didn't try to take a shaky deep breath, just a normal one, but it came out shaky).
"Um..." he started, "Why don't we go inside?" James asked, standing up. "The sunset is pretty much over anyway." And it was true. The sun had nearly vanished over the horizon. The sky was almost complete midnight blue, and all the pink, orange, yellow, red had all gone. Just a light blue trimmed the edge of the landscape.
"Yeah, let's go." James said, starting to breath again. He started towards the castle, but walking backwards, still facing Alecks, going only a few steps in order to wait for him.

Alecks looked over at James as he coughed twice and then tried to take a deep breathe, that came out shaky.

"Um..." James started, "Why don't we go inside?" he asked, standing up. "The sunset is pretty much over anyway." And it was true, Alecks noted. The wonderful pinks, purples, oranges, and reds were all below the horizon now, and all that was left behind was blue.

"Yeah, let's go." James said towards Alecks, who saw that James had started to breath normally again, and who had just noticed that he was breathing normally again. James started towards the castle, but walking backwards, still facing Alecks, going only a few steps in order to wait for him. Alecks stood and joined James for the walk back into the castle.

"I.... um.... sorry about, you know, that mini- kind of mini panic attack. I just thought something that would hurt if it was true and, well, I went into a panic attack. Sorry again." Alecks looks at James hoping that the other boy would accept his apology and that they could still be friends. His eyes shoot to the ground after Alecks realized that he had been staring at James, again.

"I.... um.... sorry about, you know, that mini- kind of mini panic attack. I just thought something that would hurt if it was true and, well, I went into a panic attack. Sorry again."
James was a little confused at the middle part of Aleck's response, but he nodded anyway.
"It's okay, Alecks. Don't worry about it. We're still friends." James assured him.
James and Alecks walked back down the hill, making their way to return to the castle. The sun was now gone over the horizon, and the sky was now barely even blue. The stars were now out, twinkling on the big black canvas of the night sky. James realized that they needed to get inside quick. He grabbed Alecks' hand, leading him along as he started running off at a faster pace towards the big front doors of the great castle.
He managed to slip in with Alecks before anyone had come to close the doors. Whoever's job it was, they must have been late or something, and James was very, very thankful for that. James slowed down, and allowed himself to breath.
"Alright, Alecks, see you later!" James called out with a lower voice, because he didn't want to attract attention.

(I'm exiting... you can post once more if you want.)

Cameron entered the Bedroom and smiled at the two students that were in there.

"Oh, sorry. I heard there were bedrooms down this isle. Can you help me find mine? It's number 713. I am not sure if I have passed it or not." He smiled at both of them hoping that at least one of them would come to his rescue. Spending a night away from the castle for a few days was a relief to Cameron he was glad to be with other witches and wizards his age. He enjoyed his time in the Leaky Cauldron for the past few nights and looked forward to having stew again for dinner. Missing his mums cooking he didn't want to dwell on that thought any further. He looked around the room and noticed it was rather cozy and in place. He walked out of the bedroom and continued down the hall with his new friend. "I'm in Gryffindor house. What house are you in? Do you have a favorite class so far?" He stopped talking worried that he would talk too much. His mother always told him to take breaths between asking questions which he would forget to do all together.
