Maria looked around the room at everyone. She still didn't know who was the culprit now. As Noah slammed his hands down onto a nearby wall and called everyone's attention to him, Maria nodded as he told them it was time to begin. The lights went out and then they came back on again. But no one was shot, no one had gotten attacked. Maria didn't know if the murderer was waiting, if this was an elaborate scheme or if none.

Much like it had been with AJ before, it was no surprise that everyone had gone for EmmaLee. It would have been foolish not to take advantage of this when they'd worked so hard to get to this point. But this duel only went to show that even when lower years were matched against higher years, nothing was guaranteed. The advantage did go to the higher years but just because one had an advantage did not mean they would always win. The determination the Badgers had put forward would not be forgotten, at least not by him. But Kim hadn't lowered.

This was his very first duel against Slytherin and Kim was a little hesitant about this because not only was Slytherin his father's House but the boy who'd been obsessed with kissing him was going to be up against him. In other words, Hanako Tone. Kim wouldn't be surprised at all if Hana went after him the entire match. It wouldn't be out of character for him. At least not from their past experiences together. But Kim had to admit, he wondered if Hana had brought along Cu Sith because he hadn't seen her in quite some time. He had missed seeing her and wanted to catch a.

"Let's do this!" Kim said, making eye contact with Mahlioz and nodding at her. He seemed to be taller than any of their opponents but that didn't bother him. Even with height he could dodge pretty well, although his height did make him a lovely target to hit. But Kim was used to being targeted first, being the baby of the group all the time. Plus, being hit by Hana was kind of something he wanted to experience... not that he was masochistic... of course not... Kim tried to banish those thoughts. Val really did seem to have had an influence on him in more ways than one.

As Pax and Della's characters spoke, the only ones to speak, Tone looked over at them. "Do you have an idea as to who is the culprit?" He asked them. Pax brought up a good point and so did Della. "Do you think it's Luca?" The blue haired fourth year asked Della. It seemed as if everyone was at a loss as to who to blame and even the murderer was a little off, or else why would they not kill them? They could have taken advantage of this sudden unexpected lull now.

Tone was heading for the library for once. It was for a project and he needed to do some research and wanted to get a head start on the homework. He'd gotten lots of compliments about this color choice which was why it had stayed like this for a time. "Maybe it would stay for awhile." He wasn't sure how long he'd keep this particular color.
