A table set for… rocks? It was official, Nicholas could not pretend to understand what was going to be found throughout his exploration of the maze. First the teddy bear, now what appeared to be a communion of rocks, were they perhaps discussing music or the ongoing affairs underground. Nicholas could not say, but he did amuse himself slightly with the rather ridiculous concept of a dinner party inhabited purely by items created entirely out of stone. Amusement was a far more enjoyable option to the alternative, after all, he didn’t particularly wish to feel rather creeped out by the assortment of figures. He knew rationally that it was almost certainly set dressing, but that did not take away from the fact that the series of items that the groundskeeper had opted to place throughout the hedge maze were rather disconcerting.
He forced himself to smile as he skirted past the wooden table, his wand hand, however, had gripped ever tighter around the instrument. For the only way onwards was to continue forward, into yet another tunnel. This one pitch black and damn-near terrifying. The sign that marked its entrance was by no means comforting either, “The Friendship Tunnel” was exactly the sort of on-the-nose advertising that screamed that beyond its words would be something entirely terrifying. No one sane was so blatant.
Yet, Nicholas grit his teeth and kneeled down once more, and once more he crawled through a tunnel.

Late Evening
After Cash asked Amelia if she wanted to joined Cash and Aurora's little team, the other girl said yes. She also introduced her name as Amelia. "Normally I would shake your hand but it was too dark out here,"Cash stated to Amelia. "I am Cassandra, Cash for short"They continued. "And this bucket - wearing loca niña (crazy girl) is Aurora"On behalf of Aurora, they introduced the Ravenclaw to Amelia.
Amelia was about to say something when out of nowhere Aurora scream in frightened. “We are going to die! WE ARE SO GOING TO DIE!”She screamed. "Aye díos! (oh god)"Cash clutched their hand against where their heart located. "You are really a crazy girl"They muttered under their breath in Spanish.
If Aurora managed to see in the dark, Cash shot her a deathly glare. "Take a chill pill, mate. You almost scare me to death here"The Cuban descendant said this time in English and they were a bit annoyed at Aurora's sudden outbursted. After the introductions out of the three of them already out of the way, Cash and Aurora turned left that lead into a small canopy of dark green.
Cash looked up and there were no moon or stars to guide the two of them under this dark tunnel and as Cash moved, they felt something off. They looked up again and they swore that the ceiling of the dark green canopy getting lower and lower. They rubbed their eyes so they are sure that the roof indeed moved.
"Hey,"Cash said to Aurora and nudged her softly. "Did you see what I saw?"Inquired Cash. "Is it just me or is it the ceiling getting lower and lower on us?"They asked the chocolate lover girl. Cash was hoping their eyes deceived them and Aurora will said otherwise. Cash waited for a moment so Aurora gave out her answer.
"We better get moving then"They said to the pink - purpled eccentric haired girl. Cash followed the dark green tunnel for some time until they collided with something hard. Cash felt around in the dark and with how solid it is under their touch, Cash could safely assumed they collided into a wall. When Cash collided into the wall, Aurora bumped into them, "Hey!"Cash let out a protested.
Even though they knew it was inevitable to collide with each other with how dark it was inside the maze, it was not a pleasant feeling - accidentally or not - to get pushed around. Cash about to took another stepped when another tumbled made them jerked forward, almost make them fall. "Oi! Quit pushing me, mates!"Cash growled.
"The two of you doing that. I do not care whether it is intentionally or not, makes this situation even more annoying than it already was"Cash stated to both Amelia and Aurora. Cash about to let out their frustration some more but then they heard a low laughter. Just as quicked they heard it, the low laugther quickly faded away.
Cash's green eyes open wide under the darkness of the green hedges. "Please tell me I am not the only one heard that"Cash said to both Amelia and Aurora. Their breath were quicken, their heart was racing and there was a ringing in their ears. Cash blinked their eyes rapidly when they can feel the first signs of panic attack about to errupted.
Cash did a little bit of breathing excercise to calm their racing heart. They shook their cold and clammy hands to make the jitters go away. A thought came into their mind, that it was definitely a wise idea to turned around and go back. But they already made this far and Cash's father did not raised them to be a quitter no matter how eerie and peculiar the situation they were in.
Cash felt the wall again until this time they indeed fall onto the ground. With how dark it is, Cash felt around some more until they found a new path that broke off into left and right. Cash hoping the new paths they could crossed it like they normally do but not this time. "Oi! I think there are new paths here"Called out Cash.
"I do not know how high it is but I think the paths is too narrow for us to stand on it"The green eyes informed the other two. Cash then grabbed their wand inside their bag that they brought for this scary adventure and pointed at the paths. "Lumos"They said. Hoping by casting the wand lightning spell at least they know which path they were going.

No one knows what the almighty pepper spray can do to you. It can stop a threat from attacking from ten feet away. And sometimes, you just have to do it in the muggle way, especially if you don’t have self confidence that your spell might work, just drop that wand and use your fist. That was Aurora’s life motto and no one can tell her otherwise. So when Amelia made a comment on her weapon, she just said, “It will. I know it will. I attacked a bunny monster before, we should be fine.” That poor bunny monster got pepper sprayed unprovoked, lucky it missed. A death glare for a death glare. As the older Slytherin showed their annoyance, her grip on their hand was getting tighter while the other held a pepper spray, ready to attack anyone, but not pointed towards Cash. “I almost scared myself to death as well!”
Just like the slytherin beater said, it seemed like the maze room or whatever that was, was getting smaller, ready to crush. For anyone who was claustrophobic, it would be their worst nightmare. “It is not just you, it is getting lower and smaller, and-“ Who would have laughed in this kind of situation? A psychopath, indeed. Aurora’s already sensitive ears were becoming even more sensitive there. Even her own heartbeat was loud enough for her to hear. “WHO’S LAUGHING?” Frantically looked left and right, up and down, followed by her pepper spray hand, then the Ravenclaw whispered to her maze team, loud enough as if she was screaming. “It must be the monster oh my god” Intimidation might not work well at that point. Not that the pink haired girl was that intimidating, especially to monsters, what she said next would just express her fear more than before. “HA HA! YOU THINK IT IS FUNNY? WAIT TILL I PEPPER SPRAYED YOUR IDIOTIC FACE!”
Too much stress happened in merely one night. Darkness, creepy violin, fog, an eerie laugh. Something worse might show their face later in the depth of the maze. What were they searching anyway? A hundred thousand galleons or their doom? Nobody knows yet except whoever had the great idea to put unstable childs inside a maze. “I’m going to eat my chocolates, do you want some?” With a shaky hand, she removed Cash’s hand from hers and grabbed the bucket from her head. Slowly handed out the buckets towards both students for them to take the nerve calmer food as she crouched down, preparing to crawl to the next round.

A perfectly working severing spell, doing exactly what Theodore had hoped for. It cut through the vines and roots cleanly and made the remaining ones slither back as if they were suddenly scared. Yeah, better be scared plant, I can kill all of you.
The young Thunderbird kicked the cut off pieces of the vines and roots off his leg until he was entirely free again, then he got up on his feet. "Thanks, appreciate the help, mate." He said with obvious irony in his tone, slightly irritatedly looking at his classmate, who was just... standing still. Was he in shock or something?
Theo had heard that only witnessing something scary could make someone go into shock. But had this been so scary? "Are you okay?", he asked in a softer tone, banning the irony from his voice. "Need to hold my hand after all?" Ok, maybe not all irony, but this time he was clearly joking.
A rustling noise caught his attention and quietly he watched the hedge close behind his friend. "Oh. Well, I guess we won't have to worry about choosing a path now.", he stated the obvious, "Let's look where this leads us!" The Thunderbird looked at the closed hedge once more before turning away.
Action: Go forward.

Everett was not one to normally freeze in the face of things that might otherwise scare others. Sure, he still had his fears. But he was a wizard with things at his disposal to combat them, so why would he have froze this time? Especially with a friend in danger. He had a natural keenness of taking care of those important to him, of making sure that they would be ok but this time he had completely failed Theo. Completely failed him in a way that he surely would make fun of him for a long time coming. His wand was gripped tightly, his knuckles white.
The thing that finally broke him out of his mind was the loud rumbling of the hedges moving. He jumped almost high enough to leap out of the maze (or maybe a couple inches, whos to say). His eyes wide for a moment as he watched the way back close behind him, watched his friend who he left helpless return to his side. He mustered a small sickly grin at Theo and his jests. "Ah, sorry about that. I don't know what happened." His grip finally loosened on his wand, but he didn't return it to his pocket. This maze was more dangerous than he thought. "Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." He glanced down at Theo's hand. It honestly would probably help with Rett's new terror of them being separated. "Maybe we should. To help keep us together." His hand was available to hold if Theo was so inclined, but for now he nodded and headed beside him in stride to the door in front of them.Action ♢ Go Forward

=== Blueberry recovered and safe, you look at the southern entrance, undecided. Was it a good idea to sign up? You know Hogwarts' reputation. Their activities are quite dangerous. And the acronym of the Summer Camp name doesn't bode well: SCAR.
But it was you who decided to sign up. You took the risk. You don't even know what to expect! You don't even know what you'll get at the end. You will be the last one to enter the maze. The last one to escape? That's less certain. You clearly don't want to die. That makes sense.
But at the same time... Deep down you know. You know that you can succeed. Why else would you have signed up? Come on, don't get discouraged now! I am here to guide you, remember? Now take out your wand and head straight for the mysterious maze...If you don't listen to this voice, you will stay here, not moving, waiting for the night. You know that this voice is a part of you, that you don't really control. The part of you that your father's family would be proud of. The other Lily. So you make a decision. You'll do what the voice asks of you as long as you're in the maze, as long as you don't risk your life. Then you finally decide to move forward, head a little higher, wand in hand.
- Let's go.===

Amelia was still quite doubtful about Aurora's choice of weapon, but she decided it wouldn't do her any good to provoke the pink-purple haired girl unless she wanted to be the one getting pepper-sprayed. Unless Amelia was going insane or she was just seeing things due to the lack of light in this maze, she was almost 100% certain that the maze was getting lower and lower. That was definitely not a good sign, was it going to keep getting lower? Where the three students seconds way from being crushed if they didn't move fast? The brunette shook her head to rid herself of the absurd thoughts, now was definitely not the time to start overthinking everything.
To make matters worse, laughter sounded throughout the maze. Who would laugh in such a dire situation? It sounded too far away to be Cash or Aurora, perhaps it was another player? But it sounded to low to be another student. This was definitely getting more creepy by the second. "Okay, no, no, nope. Nuh uh. Not today." Amelia said frantically, her heartbeat was so loud that she wouldn't even be surprised if the two other students could hear it. Now Aurora was claiming that it had to have been the monster. Merlin, please let there be no monsters in this maze or else Amelia might actually faint. It would probably be best if they all stayed quiet, so they didn't provoke whatever that thing was.
Although, it seemed Aurora had a different idea as she started screaming at the 'monster'. "Be quiet!" Amelia shushed the pink-purple haired girl, "If that thing really is a monster or a giant spider or something, I would rather it not know where we are!" She realized that she probably sounded like an angry mother scolding her child, but at this point Amelia couldn't find it in herself to care. She just really wanted to survive this wretched maze. The Hufflepuff stretched her left hand out in front of her, the other hand still clutching her wand. She was trying to find anywhere that they could go but all she came into contact with was more and more hedges. Thankfully, it seemed Cash had found new paths. "Too narrow to stand? So, we're going to have to crawl? I really hope it's not a long path. But, I guess we better hurry if we want to finish this maze." Did any of them know what they were even trying to finish this maze for? Was there a prize at the end? Loads and loads of galleons maybe? Whatever it was, Amelia just wanted to get out of this maze. Anymore stress tonight and she might just start developing wrinkles before the age of 20.
The young girl smiled when Aurora offered them some chocolate, "Yes, I'd love some. Thank you." She gladly accepted the chocolates, stuffing a few into her mouth before she crouched down to begin crawling her way down the path. "Lead the way." She said jokingly to Cash.

Well it seemed that the bout with the bushes had made Everett ready for a bit of comfort. The boy even offered his hand to Theo, surely to keep safe with no other motivations. Regardless, the path had been decided for the group, the small gathered group of students would oblige and headed through the new doorway. They could still hear the hedge moving and rustling as they passed through the door and onto the new path. Unlike the rest of the maze, most of the fog seemed to have cleared, allowing the group at least some visibility in the dark corridor.
The path would continue for a short while before they would be faced with a new choice. While it seemed like they could continue forward, there was a ten foot hedge now blocking the path. It seemed like one might be able to climb over it or find a way through it but that was not the only option. The path also had a fork branching into a new path towards the right. There was a small note hanging from the wall to the right path that simply read ‘Watch your Step’.

Deciding, wisely, to not try and analyze the absurdity of this maze, Nicholas decided he would continue into the Friendship Tunnel! Nicholas was able to efficiently crawl through the winding tunnel. Some sections were a bit of a challenge to squeeze through but it wouldn’t take the boy long to press forward. After a short while he would be able to vaguely see the exit to the cave as a faint light in the distance, but couldn’t make out more detail than that. As he crawled forward, there was a sudden click from beneath him. In an instant, the floor beneath Nicholas fell away like a trap door revealing a pitch-black pit below.
Nicholas would instinctively grab onto an exposed root on the side of the tunnel. Straining and flexing, he would prove just strong enough to keep from plummeting into the pit below, but he was essentially just hanging in the air above the pit. About fifteen feet forward from his position looked to be solid ground leading to the end of the tunnel but there were very few handholds and roots that looked as though they might be able to support him. While he could not see what was in the pit below him, there was suddenly a foul and rotten smell that would hit him. It would be enough to make most people gag but Nicholas was in a bit of a dire situation.
Available Directions: Attempt to climb forward or backward, or fall into the pit

@Aurora Ranvier, @Cassandra Ironwoods
It seemed that, in the darkness, the girls were still working to keep their fear contained. Even the strange laughing from the darkness was not enough to scare them off. Aurora continued to threaten pepper spray while Cassandra keenly cast Lumos so they could better see the paths ahead of them. Ducking into the left tunnel, They would be able to see the branches and vines of the hedges slowly moving.
Dipping into the left tunnel, the two girls decided that they would show their bravery and continue forward. The ground would be soft underneath them as they were forced to crawl. Cassandra’s wand gave them light enough to see the twists and turns in the tunnel. As they crawled there was another low giggle from the direction they were going. A bit louder this time, as if it was getting closer.
Soon they would emerge from the tunnel and be able to stand in a room-sized chamber. The moment The two girls emerged from the tunnel, a ring of candles surrounding a wooden rocking chair suddenly lit. The light from the tiny fires illuminated a porcelain doll sitting in the chair with two outstretched hands. In one hand sat a cupcake, in the other sat an old-looking key.
There were no paths leading out of the chamber, except the one they had come through. They could choose to investigate the chamber or head back the way they came. But as the two girls stood, there was a low giggle from the porcelain doll before the chamber returned to its ominous silence.
Available Directions: Head back the way you came or investigate the chamber
@Lily Cooper
Deciding to take the Southern Route, the path quickly arched to the left, taking the student on a short walk through the dense hedges. With the fog and tight turns, it was challenging to see more than a few paces in front of yourself. But eventually, the path opened into a small fork and the students would be forced to make a decision.
A new path branched off to the left, shrouded by fog but looking no different otherwise. Or the students could continue forward. However, through the fog on the path they were currently on, the students would be able to hear the soft twang of music. The faint sound of a solemn violin placing somewhere down the path in front of them. Perhaps a dance in the maze appealed to them or perhaps a strange violin in the middle of a fog filled maze was too ominous. The choice rested with them...

One movement at a time, second by second, that was the only way to conquer the so-called Friendship Tunnel. It was uncomfortable, tight and dark. The sooner he was out of the squeezing passageways and off of his knees, the better. Thoughts of finally being able to stand up and being able to see more than a foot in front of his face fuelled Nicholas as he trudged ever onward, his singular focus entirely on the idea of reaching the end of the cursed maze.
Then the floor fell away.
“Fech!” He exclaimed, his left hand grasping wildly in the air for any form of purchase whilst the remainder of his body jerked suddenly toward the Earth, Earth that had up until recently been firmly beneath his feet.
Fortunately, his outstretched limb found an exposed root and his downward momentum was stopped. The sudden lurch swung his body hard into the side of the tunnel, and his shoulder ached from the whiplash. Adrenaline pumped through his bloodstream and the boy panted, desperately trying to grab a handle on his wayward thoughts. Such was his panic that he didn’t even register the smell until a few moments had passed of impotent dangling. Then he retched.
“Jesus Christ,” He muttered to himself, desperately attempting to force his nose into his outstretched arm.
It smelt like something had died down there, like rotten flesh and refuse. All thoughts as to pain in his shoulder were abandoned in favour of the much more pressing issue, namely avoiding the horrible trap that lay under him. It reeked to hell and back, and it was all he could do to keep from coughing and spluttering.
The sheer desire to avoid being anywhere near the smell provided ample fuel for the fire, his energy suddenly and without question increasing. He had to climb the hell out of the pit and get the hell out of this maze before he came across more retched traps. He had to get to the end of the twisted labyrinth.
Gritting his teeth, he forced his feet to find whatever purchase they could and attempted to climb. Fortune, hopefully, would favour his attempt to escape.

Theo, being fully capable of acting like an idiot, was capable of seeing when the fun was over. He could see that the attack a moment ago had an effect on his friend, who not even gave a snarky response at his teasing suggestion that they should hold hands after all, but instead agreed. The playful grin changed, turned into a comforting one, as he gave Rett an encouraging pat on the shoulder, then took his hand. "Sure, good point." It was. Getting separated would not be great.
Very soon he would have to let go again though, looking at the hedge in front of him. "Hm, ok, so we could go right...", he suggested, side eyeing his classmate. "Or I could yeet you over the hedge.", he added, chuckling. The idea amused him more than it should probably, but he meant it. "Alarte Ascendare and Arresto Momentum, we both know them, right? The three A's? ...Well, and the M." The young Thunderbird grinned. He truly did like the idea of flying over the hedge, although they of course did not know what was on the other side... Well, maybe it was worth a try.
"I volunteer to go first."
He opened his arms and stepped closer to the hedge. "Make me fly."
