Momoji looked thoughtful. "I s-suppose it would have to depend on where you w-were..." She said quietly. "I-i know i-in Japan t-there was a lot of d-different areas... i-i g-grew up in a s-smaller f-farming village i d-don't remember to much of it c-cause o-of where my adopted parents lived and then i w-was in a s-special school in a city but... f-from what i remember t-there was a lot of hungry people in my village... I-i know there's h-homeless people -everywhere i-in London too but it was a b-bit different there i suppose... if you've s-seen those c-commercials of k-kids in Africa for example i-it was a lot like that sort of hunger... the v-village wasn't making enough" she said before biting her lip at the new sad subject.
"b-but in T-Tokyo w-where i l-lived as w-well for a bit t-the city was a-always so busy... busier then L-London in some ways t-too me" she held her bear closer "its h-hard to be hungry..." She said quietly she'd known that in the last couple of years not nearly as badly but she still found it to be a hard situation for anyone. She was luckier than most though and at least she had clothes, unlike the people she saw. Even if they were huge on her and worn as hand-me-downs were.

Naomi listened carefully to what Momojiko was saying. She was definitely interested, it was so exciting, especially for a girl who never left her home city, nor traveled outside great Britain. It was so fascinating to learn all that, through the mouth of someone who truly seen it, and not only through a book.

" It must have been awesome to have traveled this much, and lived to so many places. I never lived outside of Brighton, and it is not the most exciting place, to be honest. London is already overwhelming to me, so I can't imagine Tokyo..."

She did not reply to the hunger part, as even though her parents were not rich, they always been able to feed the family through their boring average jobs.

She looked again at the window, repressing her thoughts about her family that she left minutes ago. She was already missing them. It was a tough family sometimes, but still a family. Her face was not showing any emotions whatsoever, no need for Momojoki to see what was happening in her child's mind. She was excited to discover Hogwart but also wanted the safety of her home. She started thinking about the letter she will send them tomorrow, even though she was still confused by the wizard postal system. There was a question of owls, but she was not sure.

"I'd love to t-travel more one day... S-See the world? There are s-so many pretty places. Like... " She paused thinking for a moment as she looked out the window. "In America, I'd love t-to see the Grand Cannon I've seen pictures but t-to see it in person would be l-lovely... I'd love to c-climb mountains. Not j-just Everest but o-others l-like um.. Banff? I think it's called it's in C-Canada... I'd l-love to g-go to the H-Himalayas too... But t-those are all cold places..." She said smiling a little. "There are some places w-with hot springs I'd love to go to that are p-pretty as well. I just... I'm not sure how someone c-could really see all of the worlds in one life t-time..." She said honestly. "But m-maybe b-being m-magical a-and all it would be easier?" She asked herself aloud while also sort of asking Naomi's Opinion. She also felt herself getting embarrassed for talking so much all of a sudden. Her cheeks pinkening a little as she looked out the window again. Trying not to just grab her book again to hide behind it. She did however bring her bear up to hide her face behind the head a little.
