Ravenclaw was definitely doing as much as thei could to win this duel.
While @Thomas Baines cast his Flipendo at @Galton Lansdale, who was still dancing around as he was trying to dodge the attack and got hit, @Callie Jensen targeted @Meenauh Silmataurea once again. The older Gryffindor girl, still suffering from the Curse of the Bogies, tried her best to avoid yet another attack, but failed; left withouth any more stamina, she had to be removed from the duel, leaving Galton by himself.
The older Gryffindor would not go down without a fight though; he aimed his wand towards the Ravenclaw girl and hit her with the disarming charm, but probably not well enough for her to properly lose her wand.
"It looks like Ravenclaw is in the lead, but could Galton change the situation?" Lydia said, eager to know what would happen next.

The nausea was getting worse. The eyes were getting heavier and heavier. It was hard to breathe. It was hard to think. It was getting harder and harder to move. No spellcasting could be achieved at that level of stamina left. Maybe she should start jogging? Duels needed sustainable players, not a mess that couldn't withstand a couple of spells hit into their face.
She just went for the jump. But as a sneeze came in unexpectedly, she landed right into another Flipendo, cast with great care — to put her to sweet sleep. This was not a defeat, but just an abrupt end of suffering. Complete and smooth darkness of consciousness. Well played.

"Flipendo!" cried the young duelist, a particularly wolfish grin of triumph on his face as his dancing enemy was struck with his spell. Thomas was quite proud of his team's track record so far; the younger wizards had managed to keep their cool for most of the rounds, and as a result, they were doing exceptionally well. Frighteningly well, even, given their younger age and supposed disadvantage. Perhaps it was a consequence of being so unbelievably competitive, but Thomas' wits were heightened under pressure.
As he watched Meenauh fall, and Callie fumble her wand, Thomas could practically smell victory, even with the mild difficulty his teammate was currently facing. By Jove, if they could just hold out for a bit longer, the underdogs may end up winning after all.

"Flipendo!" Callie's general enthusiasm mimicked that of her duelling partner, which felt a little odd considering it all resulted in Mennauh going down. Was hurting someone like that meant to provide such a strange sense of relief? Probably not although Callie had opted to ignore her pesky morals on the basis that Meenauh would be fine eventually. Besides all of this was school endorsed! Surely things couldn't be that awful, right? "Sorry Meenauh! I promise it isn't personal!" Callie called out as the girl slipped into the smooth darkness of unconciousness.
When Galton finally saw fit to bring Callie back down to earth with a well timed disarming charm Callie was ready to dodge the blow. However her own efforts simply weren't enough although instead of losing her wand entirely she only just managed to keep a hold on her cherry wood companion. It didn't take long for Callie to realise how shaky it now felt in her hands, a far cry from the familar stability that usually came alongside the wand. However they weren't done yet, things were so close! She couldn't give up now! So despite her wand screaming no Callie refocused on the duel at hand, preparing herself for the next onslaught.

There was no spell that Galton knew better then flipendo. It seemed fitting that it would be what hit both him and his partner this round. He caught Meenauh's fall as she slipped to the floor before he was hit with that awful spell. There were parts of Galton's body that had a rather visceral reaction to it. Sort of like a trigger.
When he stablized himself, and took gave at his oppenents he could swear for a second, before really focusing, that they were made of gingerbread. When his vision focused all he saw was what everyone else saw, two dualists. But the oddest sensation washed over him - déjà vu, something made his mouth water.

The more spells were cast, the higher the adrenaline was.
After @Meenauh Silmataurea had been brought away, @Galton Lansdale was all by himself, the last lion standing against the two younger students. He successfully cast his Incendio Duo towards the Ravenclaw boy, but @Thomas Baines was quicker and managed to avoid it.
@Callie Jensen decided to attack with Incendio, fighting fire with fire, and Galton was quick enough to avoid her spell, but by doing so he couldn't help but getting hit by Thomas' own Incendio.
The spell hit the Gryffindor boy right on his chest, dealing 140 HP damage. That was enough to make the older boy stumble and lose consciousness, just like his duelling partner in the previous round.
"Galton Lansdale is unconscious!" Lydia announced, getting back up onto the duelling strip. She felt bad for the Gryffindor team, they had fought as much as they could, but the Ravenclaw team had still prevailed. "Ravenclaw wins the duel! Callie, Thomas, congratulations! You have defeated the Gryffindor team, good job!" she exclaimed as she smiled at the two young Ravenclaw duellists, before she started clapping her hands. They had been extremely good and managed to defeat a pair of upperclassmen, that was quite impressive.

Three spells flew that round. Only one of those would hit. And lucky for Galton, it was him who would embrace the warm, hostile magic. Drool spilled from his mouth as his body collapsed backwards towards the stage floor. As he looked towards his assailants he could make out one human and one candy person, candy would be nice.
He felt some of the flames reach his exposed skin on the way down. The warmth almost seemed comforting. "Nice sho-" Galton murmured before his head hit the ground.

"Incendio!" was Thomas' incantation, and when his enemy was finally struck down, the Ravenclaw boy threw a fist in the air in triumph. It felt good, being a winner of something, a sensation that was fairly unfamiliar since his arrival at Hogwarts. The fact that he was the one to land the finishing blow only furthered his pride, and as he hopped out of the way of Galton's spell, pride swelled in his chest. He and Callie had done it... Defeating upperclassmen was no easy task, but thankfully Thomas and Callie's upcoming duels were far less daunting, as at least their next adversaries were in their weight class.
Offering his teammate a positively Cheshire grin, Thomas was beyond excited about their victory. The Ravenclaws had emerged victorious, in quite rapid time no less. "WE DID IT! I TOLD YOU, WE HAD IT IN THE BAG!"
To the Gryffindors, though typically not one to be a gracious winner, the hard-earned victory had Thomas feeling fairly grateful that the competition was so fierce. He felt no overwhelming desire to gloat, Thomas and Callie fought hard for the win, and as such he offered the two lions a "Good game, and thank you."

Callie's spell may not have hit but that didn't stop her from letting out a cheer when her counterparts attempt managed to land on the poor boy. Had they actually managed it? Had they actually beaten a pair of upperclassmen? Hopefully their other future opponents would seem like a walk in the park compared to this one. "WE NAILED IT." When Callie finally took notice of Thomas' grin she made sure to return the gesture and even give him a high-five in the process. "Bring on the next one!" She laughed before heading off to thank her opponents for a good game once they were concious enough to recieve the thanks.
