Hearing Alina call him a gentlemen just made him lightly smile a bit, the boy didn't view himself as one or anything like that but he did have a few quantities of one from being around a older brother who in Henry's mind was certainly a gentleman. He then heard Alina ask if he would still be her tutor and what subjects he excel at in which Henry replied " yeah, sure I'll still be your tutor Alina," Henry then laughed a bit before speaking again " I'm a uh geek almost and I sort of excel at all the subjects, uh what I mean is I h..have O's in all of them," Henry gave a innocent smile before speaking again " b..but my favourites are probably potions, charms, transfiguration, and when we can take them; care of magical creatures and ancient ruins to."
The boy followed Alexia to a empty table and sat opposite of her, it sort of felt good to be around others at the moment especially after the events that occurred that summer. He then saw that the two girls started to talk about their other friends so Henry tried not to eavesdrop as he thought about his siblings and how they were taking the events that happened over the summer, it washy till Alina spoke his naked again that made Henry turn a bit confused and just nod, he heard a bit but didn't want to be rude so he just spoke " oh, uh yeah and I'm sorry to hear about your other friend,"

If Alexa had been feeling nervous before, it was nothing compared to her feelings now at Alina’s pronouncement about Clifton never returning. She sat back suddenly in her chair, her spoon clattering from her fingers to the table.
She was in shock, but shock was quickly followed by horror and an absolutely overwhelming sadness. She knew the emotions were flicking across her face quickly, so she looked down, her red hair falling forward to help cover her face.
And if SHE was feeling this way, how could Alina possibly be managing? In the midst of her turmoil, her heart went out to her friend. At least they had gotten to say goodbye.
Clifton, whom she had thought of as a close friend, had not said goodbye to her. Maybe there was no time, with his family troubles. But still, she added pain to the mental list emotions she was feeling.
When she had gotten firm control of her face again, which took a little while, she still kept her head lowered, and returned to eating her ice cream… With agonizing slowness. She didn’t know what to say, but she had to say something, anything, to Alina, to show she understood and could empathize.
“I’m – I – Alina, I’m so sorry…”

"It's fine. Really, it's fine," she said, stating an utter lie. She had depended on Clifton Troublefield for EVERYTHING. He knew absolutely everything about her, every fact, every detail, every facial expression and most of the times what was going on in that mind of hers. And not only did he know it all, he knew exactly the right way to respond to it all. It wasn't fine and it wasn't fair.
"Happiness can't revolve around one person, now can it? I mean, when they up and leave you can't just let them take all your happiness with you." She looked to her two friends with her. "The REAL issue is when they all leave. When you have a twin sister that you're close with and she drifts away and then goes to another school. You have a governess that you adore and grow to love and she walks out one night with no warning or no explanation. When you have a father that actually listens to you and talks to you and understands you and then he goes and leaves and doesn't return or return letters. Now THAT is the real issue. It's not that happiness revolves around one person it's that every time you think you can trust someone you learn you can't."
She had stopped walking by now and was still looking at the two of them and now took a step back from them. She was having a bit of a panic attack and didn't even realize it but it was becoming a bit hard to breathe as she realized why should she spend the afternoon with them when, historically predicting anyway, they'd just end up walking out as well?
"Maybe you two should continue your shopping. I just... need to..." she paused. No, she didn't need to. That wasn't the right wording. She didn't need to be alone. Hell, she didn't even WANT to be alone, but she was a twelve year old girl that had big trust issues right now with so many people she cared about leaving her behind. "I'm just damned to be alone," she said quietly and now turned away and began to walk the other direction.

Trying not to interrupt @Alexa Mackenzie and @Alina Rosier before giving her encouraging words
Henry didn't want to interrupt so even though he thought he should leave, he just looked the other way as he finished his vanilla ice cream. Henry tried not to listen but he did catch fragments of them talking not that he enjoy it since in the twelve year's old mind it was ruin. Although he did a pretty good job not listening in to their private conversation until Alina said they should continue their shopping alone and that she was meant to be alone before leaving.
Henry didn't know the girl too well or her situation but he knew loneliness better than most since he lived it a few years and he wasn't about to let Alina go through it alone as Henry got up from his seat and ran to her before saying " Alina wait, please," he moved in front of her before speaking again " I don't know you too well but from what I seen your a kind and amazing person who deserves to be around good friends at Alexa," Henry gave her a smile before continuing " I don't know much about your situation and wasn't eavesdropping but your right life doesn't evolve around one person and when bad stuff happens, we.... we feel bad for a bit and maybe even cry but then it's up to us to get back up again and look at the positives," something that Henry wasn't doing in his own situation " I know how it feels to be alone, to feel like a outsider or feel like you don't matter... but Alina that's not to true, your beautiful and kind not to mention sweet, brave, and someone who I will be honored to be friends with. You don't deserve to be alone Alina."
Henry gave her another smile even through he still thought of himself as a outsider and stayed a alone a lot, it still felt like the rest thing to say at the time as he continued " and I don't have any shopping to do, I'm here because of you Alina and I won't leave you now. I promised I would keep you company while you shopped and I'm not about to break it and I'm sure Alexa won't either," Henry smiled over at Alexa before staring back at Alina and saying " your not damned to be alone and your not about to be left alone anyway, if anyone is damned to be alone then... them it's me," Henry knew it was true in his head but not his heart anymore as he continued " your a amazing person Alina and if you want to me alone then you better jinx me since I'm not leaving you."

Alina stood there, feeling absolutely foolish for sharing her strong emotions in front of one of her best friends and such an amazing new friend. That was her thing. She wanted to always appear calm and put together, like she had it all figured out, and yet...most all of the time - she did not.
Still, it made her confidence shake when people saw her this way, especially those close to her. But that didn't mean that it didn't need to happen now and again to keep reality in check.
Yes, her mother was never close and now gone. Yes, her grandmother was always cold and distant and thankfully now gone. Yes, her father was pretty nonexistent, came into her life for a small moment, and now gone. Yes Clifton was amazing but he was now gone. It was a pattern of behavior, a pattern of coincidence but that didn't mean it couldn't be broken, evolved, manipulated or changed.
It was a disservice to Alexa to say that she was going to do the same. It was to Henry as well even though she hadn't built up her trust in him yet. Saying someone had to hex them to get rid of them was a pretty strong statement though and she glanced down, trying to get control of her emotions again because she had let too much out and felt tears in her eyes now but she'd keep them mostly at bay.
"I'm being rather foolish, aren't I?" she whispered. "Rather pathetic," and there was a sigh before looking back up to her two friends. "I'm sorry, things are just...really difficult right now. But I guess if one wants to dwell on their problems, its all they will accomplish, isn't it? What I have is....some issues with attachment but also some really great friends," she smiled and looked to them both, coming closer and outreaching her hands for a group hug.
"...I do know some hexes though, so just keep that in mind," she teased.

Alexa sat for a moment, dumbstruck, as Alina went on an emotional roller coaster of words, words Alexa couldn’t even keep up with. Something about her father, and Clifton, and her sister… All gone?
As Alina stood up and started moving, Alexa scrambled after her, still too dumbfounded and suddenly too shy with her good friend to know what to say. As Alina pulled ahead of her and mentioned that she was damned to be alone, Alexa stopped short, and her hand flew to her chest. She could almost feel her heart break for her friend. But still, being the quiet person she was, no words came to her. She hated that; she desperately wanted to say something, but couldn’t think of anything.
But Henry didn’t seem to have that problem at all. The boy was a proper wordsmith, Alexa thought with wonder and admiration, gazing at him in surprise. He had been quiet overall, seemed like a quiet person, but here he obviously knew exactly what to say. Alexa blushed. Here she was, with her greatest friend in trouble, and she couldn’t speak.
After a long silence, she whispered, “Alina Rosier, you are my greatest friend… I would never leave you alone, and I hope that you wouldn’t leave me, either.” It was all she could think of to say, and when Alina reached out to hug them, she threw her arm around her friend, as well as Henry. This felt better.

So sorry for the wait, I was just a bit busy irl but again I'm so sorry
Henry wasn't sure if his words did anything which caused his anxiety to rise and thoughts to fill his head, what if they did nothing? What if I said something when I should have just stayed quiet? What if she does turn around and hex me? Maybe I should have just kept my mouth shut and stayed out of their business? Maybe I should leave.... just walk away, it seems easy but what would they think? Would they see it as rude or wrong of me? Would they find me any Hogwarts and ask or ignore me.... maybe I should stay or leave..
No stay! No leave! Ugh.... make up your mind... please?
Henry showed no expression that he was having a panic attack however after he heard Alina's words,his panic attack came to a halt then after hearing Alexa speak to Alina made Henry see something. Maybe instead of isolating himself or staying quiet about his summer maybe... just maybe he should tell someone. But who? He could tell Miranda and Logan but was there anyone else the boy could confide in? No, not really and did it matter... maybe it did?
Henry watched the two girls hug and felt like this would he the perfect time to leave however he then felt them pull him into their group hug and I stead of pulling away, Henry wrapped his arms around the two of them and embraced the group hug. A smiled spread across his face.

She sighed, glad to have Alexa and glad to have found Henry. "Okay, new rule," she said as she pulled back and looked to the two of them with a smile and felt a little foolish but that was okay - one could be foolish amongst friends. "No more moping for me. You two...you can complain about whatever you want, big or small, valid or not, and I will be here to listen but no more from me!" She had done her share.
"Let's go check out the other stores. I do have to still stop by the Apothecary, but then maybe we can still get to Weasley's Wizard Weezes." She never really spent much on the pranks in that store but some of the candies they had were quite fun.
She was going to try and turn her mood around and be the perky and peppy Alina she usually was. It wasn't because she was hiding her sadness, but that she just didn't need to be focusing on it right now. Before her were two friends and they had a day of shopping ahead of them to get ready for their Second Year at Hogwarts and all that other stuff could be tackled at another place in time.

Alexa smiled broadly during the hug, feeling close to her old friend at her new friend. The hug broke apart as Alina pulled back so she could see them both, and made a new rule: no more moping for her! Alexa giggled, glad Alina was trying to be herself again. It helped Alexa to do the same, even though her heart still hurt from Clifton's leaving, especially without saying goodbye.
Alina added that Alexa and Henry could complain to their heart's content, and Alexa laughed outright at this. Yes, she did have something to complain about… But she would not. It just wasn't in her nature. Instead she smiled and followed the group toward Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, a shop that she didn't think she had spent nearly enough time inside.
Once inside, they found the store jampacked full of people, and had to scoot their way around them to get anywhere. Alexa pulled away from the group for a moment to check out something on the shelves. Something about a spell to make you look awake in class, while you had an adventurous daydream. Alexa smiled again. Not something she would ever partake in, since she wanted to be attentive in all of her classes, but it certainly was an interesting bit of spell work! She looked around for her friends, to see what they were looking at, inside the shop.

Since school supply shopping was still fresh on her mind since that was the ultimate goal of this outing, Alina found herself by the various quills that the store sold. She gathered up a few Self-Inking Quills, as those were always beneficial when she was doing her schoolwork out by The Great Lake or up in a tree. Then she saw a Self-Writing one and picked it up to read the back of the package. This sort of thing would be perfect for when she had a lot of thoughts at once and wasn't sure how to sort through them. The quill could quickly write it all out for her and she could organize those thoughts later. Her mind did like to wander.
After looking at the quills, and taking a few in her hand to purchase, she looked around the other shelves when something caught her eye. Bruise Removal Paste. It appeared to be a thick yellow healing potion that guaranteed to remove any bruise within an hour. Was this what they used in the Hospital Wing sometimes? She could really use this sort of thing, especially if she came across that group of Ravenclaw girls from last year.
Alina took a package of it and hoped that her friends wouldn't see it as vanity to get such a product. It wasn't that at all, but Henry had just met her and didn't know some of her trials and tribulations at Hogwarts and she was too ashamed of being bullied to tell Alexa. It had nothing to do about vanity, as Alina didn't care if someone saw her before she brushed her hair or anything like that, but about that trying-to-have-life-together/pride sort of sense she tried to carry within herself. She liked to seem she had it all together, even when things were falling apart.
