Greetings PV: Aldor Humbleglow Closed

Aldor asked her how often she came out here, so they could find each other again. She looked around and started thinking. "I...It depends," she played with a strand of her hair to help her think, " u...usually I come o...out around here t...two or three t...times a week." She honestly did try to take a few breaks so she didn't get to stressed while doing homework or studying for classes. She would sometimes come out here just to do homework or study though if she just needed some fresh air.

She loved the outdoors, and it usually was quieter out here than it was in the castle, besides the library of course. She looked at Aldor, who still had the same smile on his face as he had, had through out the whole of their conversation. She wondered if like her dad, he just always smiled or if it was his nerves that were making him smile which happened to her father on occasion. "Wh...What about y..you," she decided to ask him, "h...how often d...do you c...come out h...here." It was quite nice having someone to sit with, even if there had been a lot of awkward silence. She smiled slightly at him and looked down at her sketchbook.

''Not that often- maybe just a few times a week- two or one-'' He'd stop for a moment. ''I'm a bit of err- a bookworm-'' He'd chuckle quietly. ''I enjoy this place-I come here when i need to think or when I'm just in a bad mood-'' He'd rub his left eye. ''But as you know- a bad mood doesn't necesarily mean i'm angry- sometimes i just feel- a little more sad than other days-''

He'd look up for a few seconds, as he tried to think of something to say, or to avoid saying, for that matter. But only the most awkward comments showed up in his mind, maybe he should stay quiet, or maybe make a bigger effort. But out of the nowhere, probably the worst comment popped out of his mouth.

''You probably get a lot of compliments, right?-''
Maybe he was just trying to be kind, in reality he tends to just throw his thoughts without thinking them twice, and awkwardly enough, that sounded more like an awfuly flirty insinuation than a question. Aldor, of course did not realise, and just kept waiting her answer like nothing happened, maybe he should remain quiet next time, or else this could go horribly.

Aldor told her that he only came out about one or two times when he suddenly asked or more said something she wasn't expecting. He said she must get a lot compliments and then asked if he was right. Her eyes went wide and she felt her cheeks go rosy, from surprise and embarrassment. She looked away and at the ground, shaking her head slightly. "N...no," she started, not sure why he would say that, "w...what makes y...you say t...that."

She really wasn't sure what made him say that. Her parents gave her compliments but anyone besides them, was unheard of. Insults on the other hand, she had heard plenty of those through out her life. Freak, demon, alien, the list went on and on, those were just the main three that she had heard the most often. No one had called her those things since she had come to Hogwarts, but that was probably because people didn't notice her or she just avoided people entirely when she could.

She wasn't funny, social, pretty... she didn't believe she was anything that people would compliment her for. Maybe... Aldor was joking, or teasing but he didn't seem like the kind of person that would do that sort of thing, at least, not with something like this.

''It might sound weird- but I just think you would be the kind of girl that people would fall for easily-'' He'd keep his eyes closed, resting his head on the tree.

''It isn't a joke either-'' He'd get a little closer as he turned to her with a soft smile. ''Even when you are extremely shy- I think at least one person has fallen for you- It'd make sense, right?-'' He'd simply look at her, he was still smiling, but he seemed honest and serious about what he was saying. But again, Aldor just speaks what he feels and thinks, not realizing until a while after he said it.

''Maybe you just- haven't noticed yet-'' He'd stop for a moment, still not really paying attention to his words. He always did it that way, even his aunt just to mention it often, but she said it was a gift.

''Maybe you just-'' Aldor paused, as he realized what he said. He would chuckle, for some reason that was his reaction instead of stuttering or becoming even more nervous. But it was probably the fact that he was being honest, even though he knew that he tends to do the talking without thinking, and maybe just maybe, he actually likes her.

''Maybe it wasn't the best way to explain that, but- i just want you to know that those words were honest- maybe I should leave before I bother you even more-'' Aldor slowly stood up, actually feeling slightly bad, maybe he made her feel awkward, and that only made him even more worried. ''Well- I won't take your time anymore- I hope we can see each other soon- Miss Tallis-''

He did not really want to leave, but he felt like he was probably annoying her, and now, he feels like his chance to make a new friend was completely wasted .

Tallis wasn't quite sure how to react to everything Aldor had just said to her. This was new to her and she wasn't sure what to do. Her cheeks had stayed red the entire time and she was pretty sure it was noticeable, curse her pale skin. She was deep in thought until she felt him shift and stand up slowly. He got ready to leave but turned to her saying that he wouldn't take up anymore of her time and then called her... Miss Tallis. She played with a strand of her hair and before she knew it she started talking, "Y...You don't h...have to l...leave, if y...you don't w...want to," she paused for a moment and bit the inside of her cheek, thinking and the starting again, "b...but you c...can if y...you want t...to."

She wasn't sure what it was about the boy but he made her curious. What made him different, what made him tick, why did he always seem to have a smile on his face. So many questions where going through her mind, flipping through the pages of her sketchbook now to slow her mind. Why had he stayed, why did he come over in the first place, he could have easily just ignored her. It was all just so strange to her and being the curious girl she was couldn't help but think.

He'd simply look at her, he was still smilling, but he showed a bit of worry as well. ''I just want to make sure I'm not bothering you-'' The boy would crouch by her, and look at her face, he noticed the blushing before, but now that he thinks about it, it is kind of cute.

''I might not leave but- I hope you understand that I usually just speak up what I think- Well, not usually- Most of the time, in fact-'' He would look around for a moment. ''I don't think a lady like you would like to have a companion that only speaks about how nice she seems and how cute she is when she blushes-'' Aldor would smile softly, he was a aware of what he just said, but he did not really mind, after all, he was just being honest, and this point, he is not afraid to explain how he feels about her.

''But as I said before- if it does not bother you- then- here I am-'' He'd remain crouched examinating her face and gestures, he has not been able to understand her completley, he thinks she might be flustered because of everything he just said, but maybe, just maybe, he will be able to fix it.

She looked up slightly to see him crouch down to look at her. She looked back down at her sketchbook, unsure of what to do. He started speaking and her cheeks only got redder when he said she probably didn't want someone who just told her how nice she seemed and how... cute she was when she blushed. Now she was really unsure of what to do, should she say something or just stay quiet. They both stayed where they were, and she felt his eyes on her. She bit the inside of her cheek, trying to think about what on earth she was going to do.

She slowly looked up at Aldor, who was still looking at her, almost studying her. She played with a strand of her hair like she usually did when she was nervous, once again biting the inside of her cheek to try and decide if she should something and what she should say. They were both silent, but in her mind, silence sometimes said more than words could ever say. He had told her that he usually said what he thought, and she was going to be completely honest, she had never met somewhat quite this straight forward.

Aldor smiled once more, and chuckled, it felt very out of place. ''It's fine to not to know what to say- You don't have to answer- but I would like to request something from you-'' He'd sigh, as he rubbed his left eye. ''As you know by now- I'm not good with physical contact- '' He'd get a little closer, smilling softly. ''Could you please move your hair away from your face?-''.

Move her hair? Why would he want that? There was really no reason for him to even think about that, but he already did.

''Hear me out, I know it's a very strange request- but I just want to see what's behind it, I find you interesting and it willl be fantastic to learn more from you- but I would love to see your face with no interruptions- '' Aldor would wait for an answer, or an action.

He didn't seem to have any other reasons to ask that, of course, he is slowly discovering that he is interested in her, but there was really no other reason for him to want that. Aldor seems to be like this all the time, he's just awfuly curious and since he is bad with talking and interacting with people in general, he can't really notice when he says something that might be awkward or anoying to other people.

Aldor started talking again after some time of the two being quiet. He smiled slightly, getting closer to her as he did. That's when he asked her something, the one thing that she always dreaded when people asked. He asked her if she could move her hair from in front of her face. Her eyes widened slightly, biting the inside of her cheek and looking down at her hands. She was nervous, which obviously wasn't new but this was a different type of nervousness. If she moved her hair he would see her blind eye and almost every time someone saw it they called her a freak.

She thought for a minute, Aldor was nice though and he had stayed sitting with her this long. Maybe, just maybe, he wouldn't. She bit her cheek, she was afraid but slowly brought her hand up to her face. She went to tuck her hair behind her ear but was hesitant. She didn't have to do this, she could refuse, or even just get up and leave, but for some reason she continued to tuck her hair.

Her face was finally uncovered by her hair, it was nice not to have her hair in front, not that she could see of course, but it could be a bit much. She slowly looked back up, avoiding Aldor's eyes as she did. She braced herself, ready for any insults that might come.

Aldor smiled, slowly placing his hand over hers. ''Well- you don't have to hide it anymore- at least from me-'' He would pause for a moment, still smilling while locking his eyes onto hers.

''Besides- apart of the effects- I think it is kind of pretty, after all- is part of you-'' He would look around for a moment. ''I understand that probably other people wouldn't have the same reaction as me- but- ''normal'' people is afraid of the unknown- but err- this might sound very corny but- sometimes the unknown is- pretty and- I dare to say, it is very, very attractive- ''

He'd stop, thinking of his words, laughing at how flirty that sounded. Aldor seems honest, and serious, maybe his choice of words wasn't the best, but it sounded authentic and kind.

''What I want to say is- you can keep hiding it, if you want to, I will not judge you, but do know- that I loved what was hiding under that hair-''

Aldor would smile once more, he wouldn't move his hand, instead he just stayed there, thinking of all the things he said, to Aldor, it was very hard to say all of that, but he felt the need to say it as soon as he saw her eye, it did not bother him, in fact, he found it charming.
