Dueling did indeed sound interesting, especially to a young boy such as Elias who was hellbent on proving himself as superior to others in as many ways as possible. He was definitely interested in their conversation about how it worked and the rules with which demonstrated their prowess for such a sport. He truly did love almost all sports actually.

Ignoring Thomas Baines' egregious comments about football being bad, the young wizards eyes slowly drifted out of the window of the carriage and off into the distance... and if he was seeing things correctly, he thought he could see the emergence of Hogsmeade train station! Completely shifting the topic of conversation and pointed off into the distance.

"Does anybody else see that off in the distance? Could that perhaps be Hogsmeade station!?" He asked a look of almost excitement and mysticism spreading across his face. Despite all his talk about not being overly excited or anxious, the boy was struggling to contain his emotions as he was finally this close to Hogwarts. Elias Weare was simply busting at the gut to get into that castle and to prove just how capable of a wizard he would be. Certainly, he would be a much better one than Thomas, who didn't even like football, let alone quidditch. What a chump.

The idea that someone could take something like quidditch so serious was an odd one to Callie. Although the wizarding world seemed to be full of surprises, so perhaps it wasn't so odd after all. All of Adonis' chattering about the various happenings of the quidditch teams went entirely over the poor girls head but she could appreciate the sheer enthusiasm he held on the subject, it reminded her of her cousins rambling about football. Callie simply listened intently to Adonis' explanation of the subject, clearly eager to learn more about an aspect of the world she knew next to nothing about. She certainly had a lot of catching up to do! Quidditch may have been much too terrifying for the heights averse girl to consider playing but she could certainly content herself with learning all she could about the sport from the sidelines.

However Callie's pondering over the subject was brought to a screeching halt the second Elias mentioned the appearance of Hogsmeade station. Much like Elias, Callie's face immediately lit up as she pressed herself to the window to catch a glimpse for herself. The station really was there! This was all becoming so....real! Perhaps this wasn't a dream after all! "Ooh, it's so much prettier than I thought it would be!" Callie exclaimed as she looked over to the group, practically bursting with excitement. She held no qualms about suppressing her excitement and happily rambled away as the train finally pulled into the station. Some may have found her constant chattering rather frustrating but Callie didn't seem to mind in the slightest - she was much too excited! "Come on! Let's get off this darn train!" She chimed with a wide grin as the group disembarked from the train onto new frontiers, ready to begin their first year at Hogwarts.
