WYR have to pull a staple out of your finger or have needles injected into your hands. I actually had to do this in real life. When I was a kid, I (accidently) put a staple into my thumb, and I had to choose between, one, pulling the staple out of my finger, hurts so much and blood everywhere, short lasting, or go to the doctor, have my thumb injected with nerve-numbing liquids, which hurts less but lasts longer and have the staple pulled out painlessly.
