How do I unsubscribe my email address from the website email notifications? The frequency of them has been messing up my emails but I haven't figured out how to make it stop yet...

Adding to what Lily said, in order to turn off email notifications all options except 'someone sends you a private message' should be on the rememberall not the letter. (For the 'private message' option, the envelope means owls - the envelope icon in the top-right of your screen - rather than email.)
