Well, not exactly, but she's very outgoing, she has a big mouth, and hates rude people. So she throws the nearest thing even if it's trash especially if it is trash

Your character has to live in the UK because he wouldn't get a Hogwarts letter otherwise. In America he'd be going to Ilvermorny. What you can do is saying that your character used to live in America and moved to England because... idk, Dad got a new job or something.

@Rose Moon is British but her mother is American which explains the accent, @Paige Grant.... right Rose?

Yup!!! Her mother grew up in America and has an American accent so Rose has always talked like her, later in her years her accent is gonna fade a lil bit cuz i think that's how it works.
I mostly just wanted an excuse to write stuff like mom instead of mum and cookies instead of biscuits and an excuse to be incompetent in British English
