If you tap and hold on the picture, it will usually open a menu that has an option along the lines of "open image in new tab" or something similar. Choose that one, then in the new tab copy the url from the address bar, then use that between the [img] tags.

You can also use websites like imgbb.com and stuff if you look up ‘image hosting’. discord also works.

How do I vote? Every time I click vote, it just leads me to the site but when I click cast my vote it shows the webpage but it didn’t count my vote cause I didn't get house points.

The site will tally up your votes throughout the week and then award house points at the end of the week based off of how many days you were able to vote. So you're doing everything correctly, they just won't immediately show up until the end of the week!

I usually have it in my ency somewhere but I think you could put it in letters or shelves.

Quick note that if you put something in the shelves it's assumed to be IC available in the library which means anyone can claim to have read it. Not sure that's where you want your journal but I've seen journal threads eg in the dorms. Letters probably works too
