it used to be three months before staff closed it, but it was too much work for them so they changed that. but i would imagine it would be around three - four months. yet, give your RP partner a chance!! if they response within three - five months because they are a slow (understandable) writer or have rl problems/obligations, give them time to write their reply. in my experience, i’ve had to open threads back up because i am, indeed, a suffering slow writer and as much it pains me to say it ooc life comes first. although, if it does reach three months, and you would like to continue the thread, i’m sure they won’t mind a friendly nudge via owl/dm, because they might have simply forgotten about it or it’s in their drafts/list. i understand because i’ve been in your boat, and i’ve also been the RP partner who hasn’t responded to the thread, yet. just give them time so they don’t get stressed outwoah sorry i yap way too much lol
