So, You are accusing Kyle of stalking you. Why do you think it is Kyle? Just because he has committed past "crimes?"

Has Kyle ever committed "the crime" of stalking? If he has, who was he stalking? (or who was he accused to have been stalking and who accused him?)

And second, it makes sense, since he has been found guilty of many crimes.

But mainly I saw him

Where did you see him, and what exactly was he doing to "stalk" you? How do you know he was not simply passing by, or "stalking" somebody else?

Yes that is true.

The exact definition of stalking is:

a pattern of repeated and unwanted attention, harassment, contact, or any other course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to feel fear

First off, Kyle did this ONCE
Second, it wasn't exactly directed at you...
Third, the staring isn't doing anything to you...

Fourth, it says, "A reasonable person to feel fear" JK JK, this last one was a joke. You're very reasonable.. sometimes
