I've spoiled a book series on accident once, cause my friend told me she was on the wrong book and I asked her what she thought about a certain point- which she actually hadn't read yet. Other than that, honestly, I probably have spoiled series more on accident, but don't remember.

One prime example is the first Cars movie (Disney). When I was like 5 or 6, every night, my mom let me and my brothers vote for one movie- and they both voted Cars. We watched it so many times, we burned out the disk so that it completely stopped playing. Then we got a new one- and did the same thing. And then another one. So my family owns four copies of the Cars movie, and only one of them functions.
