Sure! I loved it! It talks about a District 12 female tribute, Lucy Gray Baird, during the 10th Hunger Games, and Coronolius Snow, thirteen and a capital mentor for Lucy Gray, and how they got through the Games. Thats all im telling you XD

For a book series, I recommend the Sea Of Ink And Gold series by Tracie Chee. Very interesting and filled with magic. If you look at the bottom of the pages, there's actually a hidden message scattered throughout.
