It’s very weird but I’m somehow motivated, I’ll just get up (even though I have a lack of sleep headache)

I feel you, it's just your mind working in you asleep and waking you up, that's why I don't sleep because it's almost 1 am here and I'm in my living room

Most likely. It also happens due to stress or just having insomnia and being unable to sleep (also caused by a fast paced mind) and there can be other factors too I've done some research on this

Could also be stress then, was worrying a lot about all the stuff I had to do. I usually sleep very well thanks to getting off of caffeine.

Yes then stress is most likely, it can cause your mind to work on overtime, meaning it's still working in your sleep and then interrupting it to the point of you waking up. And yeah, caffeine is not good for sleep at all. You're lucky you sleep very well off of it, i'm off caffeine (for the most part) and yet I still don't sleep
