They change every 6 hours [ Meaning new bean and new location ] if your in the right location, on top of the box where youd see peoples messages, it should be on top

You can finally take coca off my list for my first set, and olive and bogey off for my second!

At the top of each page on HiO there are a set of 2 chains. 1 chain hanging down from the left hand side and 1 chain hanging down from the right hand side. On either side of the chains the bean can be found if you use your mouse to hover over the sides. If there is a bean there it will show up! Beans can be found on any page on HiO with the exception being Ministry of Magic section.
The main bean locations thread will have someone post the location of whatever beans pop up wherever they might be. When I see this, I tag/ping whoever is on the list and you get a notification! Beans appear at 12AM midnight, 6AM, 12PM noon, 6PM EST regularly. They are up for 6 hours. When the 6 hours are up, another bean takes its place. Sometimes we don't find the bean though as it's in an area that's restricted, staff-related or unavailable to certain people.
But most of the time we find them! Hope that helped!
You check the main beans location thread for the location of whatever bean is up. Once you only have 10 or less beans that you need, you can post in this thread and ask to only be on the list for select beans, where you will only be pinged for the beans you still need. When this happens and you get beans that you need, you can post in this thread to update removing certain beans from your list. This thread is mainly for updating beans that you need and putting yourself on the beans ping list or removing yourself from the beans ping list.
One last thing, you might not get the notification sometimes because we're experiencing certain errors at the moment. But they should get fixed eventually. Right now, I think we just have 3 errors that are being looked at. 1) parse error 2) not being notified when pinged 3) voting link not showing up in remembrall. So if you get any of these errors, don't worry it's not just you!
