moldu means "muggle", so I think that's muggleborn

If this is for PFR, they have a special application process for purebloods which is why pureblood isn't an option

Wizard-born means at some point in the family line there was a muggle or someone that wasn't a wizard. Pureblood means your entire line was always a witch or wizard.

I asked this question awhile back which is the only reason I know lmao!
