i know the o.w.l.s system isnt out yet. but when is it IC? does it occur during 2 week period? is it safe to mention in rps that my character 'did well in owl exams?'

The OWLs will take place at the end of June IC. Another genuine question, Hogwarts has the Hogwarts Express as a way to get to school. I know there is not exactly a canon for this on wiki, but what is Ilvermorny transportation to school like? This is just for knowledge for a better RP flavour to integrate into writing (writing a ilvy reply atm, came to mind) Nothing important really.
My suggestion: is a ship(s) that travels along the lakes/rivers of North America and picks up students in discreet ports like a school bus.
((since ilvermorny already transfers students to hogwarts via a murderous big ship notoriously known to drowning other schools

From the Ilvermorny lore page:
Like Hogwarts, children are accepted into the school once they turn 11 years of age. School starts between the end of August and the first days of September. After receiving their acceptance letter the prospective student is to gather their necessary schooling supplies and fly to New York City.
Obscured and kept well-hidden from prying muggle eyes by numerous heavy magics and enchantments is a secret platform. In order to access this secret platform students will need to keep their acceptance letter and the Gordian knot pendant that will grant them access to the platform and school itself. Where all students will take an underground train to Ilvermorny. Disembarking all first years will be greeted by a small group of Pukwudgies who will lead them up through the lower parts of the school and into the entrance hall where they will be sorted.

Hello! Not sure if this question has been already asked or not, but are students able to leave/enter Hogwarts mid-term due to family affairs? I am aware that the Hogwarts Express only run before and after the holidays, but if the student have a guardian to meet them up in Hogsmeade (if 3rd year+ so that they have legal access) and apparate with them, could this work somehow? Thanks in advance!

You can not play as Quinn's parents.
