You have to differ between dNPC and iNPC. dNPCs are NPCs you play in threads with your PC, such as Selina's parents, old friends, siblings, bartender from down the road. Naturally there are more than one. And the iNPCs are from the other magical schools and you can only have one. You also can't get a new one once you created one, so think it through very well

Yes. If you haven't roleplayed it out before, you'll probably get a yes, but as that is not a clarification of his story but a change in it, you should reregister for that, as far as I am aware.

If his name hasn't already been mentioned then you can, but if it has then you'll have to re-register.
