What do you think? Do you think students should be punished for riding skateboards through the halls?

Well, skateboarding is a muggle thing so I wasn't sure. I don't think it would be too much of a problem- but I don't know how professors would feel about it.

As far as I'm aware, there aren't any rules on it though I have a feeling some professors might find it disrespectful to the students and staff to play with such a toy indoors.

Honestly, you're more likely to be asked to put it away than get in any proper trouble.

I think it won't matter on what device one creates an account. The only things are,

no multiple accounts
players who previously had another character deactivated must inform a staff the name of their previous character
players who have a deactivated character must use another email address to register their new account

The device doesn't matter so much, the IP does. I created my account on my phone and also the one that the kid used that I tutored in English. You only need to let staff know as soon as your friend creates their account, who it is.
