I was told that I could transfer my iNPC from my old account to my new one upon registration as my new character, and now that I have my new character created I was wondering how to attach my old iNPC to this account. Is there someone I need to contact or....?

This is kind of a random question that crossed my mind last night, pictures and painting moves, so would tattoo also move in the wizarding world? I was thinking it would be pretty cool for characters to have moving tattoos (when they're adults ofc)

Magical tattoos could indeed be moving, if this was a desired effect. In the movies, for example, we see the Dark Mark moving under specific cirucmstances.

Does this mean that a binding mark could move? Or would it only be tatoos drawn by someone who knows what they're doing magically?

I belive they mean "dark mark" from the canon, gif reference below.



A slight amount of movement in the actual mark, not that it moves from forearm to left buttock cheek but that there was some wiggle.
