Well, I found in the end, you can just write your name and say you are prodigal DADA in homework section in DADA homeworks.
Should I? Purhapse. Will I? Nooo, Do I enjoy being difficult? Mooost deffently!

No problem, because that ability will automaticly give you O in DADA. But you should remember to do that in every homework assigment.
I did that in every Potion Class, and it gave me Automaticly an O, and you don't need to do any homework. in that spesific class you have Prodigal. I'm glad that I have that in potion. But I wish I could have one in Transfig too.

You apply for a special ability. I believe in also to get an ability, you have to be indexed or in the process of being indexed (I see that you don't have an encyclopedia yet).
I would suggest for you to be indexed by creating an encyclopedia page (more info here!), get registered here, and applying for an ability here.
Edit: You can also apply for a special race (I see that you registered less than a month ago or about 30 days) if interested (like half-goblin, half-veela, etc.) but you get special abilities specific to your special race every other year instead.
