Can I ask for some update on pets system? Having a pet owl is an essential part of my character and it would be great to know when I can officially get one : ). Also is there something more planned about pets, I mean some interactions with them, or will they only sit in our profiles?

A system is being developed by the Headmaster and should appear during the summer, but there isn't any real release date. Once we have more information, we will make an announcement. Thank you for understanding. 

Hello I am trying to deactivate my account on here. I sent a Owl to both the Headmaster and Deputy Head Master. Is those the only things i can do in order to Deactivate my account ?.

As I very much would like my account to be deactivated from this site. And I read that players are allowed too but i do not see a way so i just assumed to owl the deputy headmaster and Headmaster and make a formal request which i did

Does any other items besides the Mauraders map give you access to other places? Does the locksmith knofe give you access to other places or rooms?

For my previous account, I owled the Headmaster if he could deactivate it and he deactivated it! It should take some time because he is awfully busy

Hi, Lucia! Lessons will become available after you've been on the site for 10 days and have posted at least 20 times. Once available, they'll be found by hovering your mouse over your profile picture and clicking on the "report card".

Hello! For our characters’ information pages, will we have to change the title every year? At the moment it says: ‘First Name Last Name, First Year, House’. After the Summer Holidays will it say ‘First Name Last Name, Second Year, House’?

Hello!
It will change for you, every time. However, it goes up once you've completed the homeworks for the year (which are available after 10 days of being registered + 20 posts), rather than by calendar year.
