Also if you're intending on doing this, like Opeila said, there is an official Spring Ball that is taking place on April 1st. So if you plan on making it be at the same time, most people probably will not join because they will be at the official Spring Ball and you cannot be in 2 places at the same time/same date. Also when people post at the Spring Ball, balls usually take around 3-6 months to complete OOC, depending upon what's going on at the time etc... so if they are at the official Spring Ball, unless your unofficial one takes place at least 2-3 months later, most people will probably be more focused on the official one. Unless they leave the official Spring Ball early.

I'd recommend starting it up a few months after the official Spring Ball is over if you want to get people to join! Or instead of a ball, make it be an event or something!
