Where is it blocked, that might help us understand the issue. I know certain countries for example block certain sites. Certain sites may also block certain other sites.

That's fine, it's happening too. (If you mean the preview of the image is blocked) just grab the link and upload it to the site. It might just be the computer you're using.

The website itself isn't blocked. But when I upload a file it will upload and not show the image. Instead it shows a grey square that has a circle with a line through it. then when I click download to get the link to bring it here it shows a restricted screen as if its blocked.

Oh, so when you get to that point you go to embedded codes I believe, then you go to the image url and copy it, then copy it into the . It should come up.
