guys... if i have a thread with an order, and the person in the next to post didn't reply to my owl, and then the person after them is on a break, do i ask the last person to reply? or do i wait for the first person to reply???

Then, yes, I would say go down the list of people, but do send a warning owl to everyone that gets hoped over so you dont com across as rude

Usually I send an owl to thread participants after 1 month to remind them to respond. I find that a reasonable enough time period to post 200 words.
