But when we moved, we just found it out, so I was able to go to my new school with the help I needed. It took me about a year to settle in, but after that, I made friends and now I am the successful trumpet player.

@Taizu, same. when i was 11 i was obsessing over voltron, dan and phil, and listening to Melanie Martinez's "Crybaby" and Halsey's "Badlands" albums 24/7
i was not dating like i was already in college, that's for sure

i've had like 2 partners in the past 5 years and both lasted like a month
i'm not in a rush

My carousing is Gen Alpha, and she isn’t like most others, she actually spends plenty of time outside, and not much online. It’s good for her.

i am also gen z and i used to be like that in middle school but now i'm sort of mellow unless it's something I'm really passionate about like the pjo musical, or really any hyperfixation
like the other day my friend told me she was reading one of my favorite books for her english project and i got so excited (that was also the day I had the 5 hour energy)... yesterday actually

I think going through junior year really did it for me
I started to get exhausted not only from school but also social situations in general and it's really easy for me to get overstimulated now and I realized I used to be like the people that started being the reason I got overstimulated and so I'm a bit more chill now
